You have access to quite a few EX Moves already, and they’re all excellent in their own ways. Your play style and team makeup are actually going to be the thing that determines which moves you gravitate to for the most part, even if a few do stand out as must-haves for most players who want to be the very best.

10Chains Of Guilt

One of the first EX Moves you’ll gain access to is also one that most players are probably still using. Cody’s Chains Of Guilt is a simple move that targets and damages the opponent with the lowest health.

The actual damage ofthis potentially finishing moveis based on the highest attack on your team, and it’s only multiplied from there depending on the move’s level. It can be especially useful because it also reduces the target’s speed by a set amount and time once again depending on the level of the move.

9Nature’s Advent

Sakura’s Nature’s Advent is another early EX Move most people probably continue to use purely because ofits useful healing properties. The move heals a percentage of all of your fighter’s health multiple times while also buffing their defense.

Those effects are only further amplified the higher you level up the move, meaning it only continues to be more and more powerful. This skill is useful in both PvE and PvP play and works well with pretty much any team you could think of trying.

8Toxic Love

Poison’s move is another simple way to deal some additional damage to your enemies, but this move comes with the added potential benefit of inflicting charm. This move deals a heavy chunk of damage that is based on the average attack of your team.

Once the move impacts a fighter, you’ll have a 40 percent chance to inflict charm for a few seconds at the move’s weakest, but you’re able to level it up to increase both the chance of infliction and the length of the effect.

7Tanuki Whirl

The Tanuki Whirl is another EX Move that you can get at minimum after a month of playing the game. If you’re looking for a special move that is capable of striking all of your enemies, Tanuki Whirl might just be what you’ve been missing.

The move damages the entire enemy team for a small percentage based on the average attack of your team. While that’s not amazing, its additional ability to inflict armor break certainly is when you’re looking to open your foes up to some heavy damage.

6Crimson Lotus Flame

If you are a major fan of Ken, you will probably want to unlock Crimson Lotus Flame as soon as possible, and you couldn’t be blamed for that since it’s a solid EX Move.A barrage of missile projectilesdeals a massive percentage of damage to your foes based on the average attack of your team.

Each strike of the move has a small chance to inflict burns on the enemy team, and of course, the more you level up the skill the more the damage and burn chance increases. If you use a flame team, the move can also boost your flame fighters at higher levels.

5Breath Of Rage

While some people might be a bit put off by Breath Of Rage at a glance, the high-risk move can also pay off in a big way. Your fighters will lose ten percent of their health, but they will get a ten percent boost to both their attack and critical hit rate for a handful of seconds.

The time in effect and boosts can be boosted by leveling the move up, leading to even more devastation. If you want to run through your foes with a sudden boost in strength, this is a great skill to activate before unleashing a massive combo.

4He Of A Thousand Hits

Akuma’s unique EX Move doesn’t seem to have been fully figured out yet. While it can create some great conditions, it’s possible people will find the best way to capitalize on its effects at some point.

The move gives your strongest character Deva status, allowing you to continually boost that fighter’s attack permanently for the remainder of a fight. This allows you to get as low as a 15 percent attack boost and as high as 28. Additionally, you’re able to be granted extra flame and soul damage too.

3Gore Magala Blast

People might be a bit annoyed by the limited nature of this move since it was tied to aMonster Hunter crossover event. It’s possible that there will be an easy way to earn the move in the future, but as of right now, most people won’t be able to gain access to this awesome attack.

Due to the pay-to-win nature of this attack, it dishes out massive damage while also buffing and debuffing at the same time. you may boost critical hits and debuff enemy defense if you have a combo ready to go when you activate this attack.

2Vigilante

This great little EX Move from Chun-Li is one that most people won’t have access to unless they put in some serious work, but it is well worth it. Essentially, the move summons a drone to the field to dish out damage each time you use a skill.

The damage that the move dishes out isn’t incredible, but what will make you want the move is that it fills your super combo gauge by 50 on use. Someone with a creative mind will be able to make excellent use of this dynamic move.

He Of a Thousand Hits EX Move

1Crazy Potato

If you already use and love Nature’s Advent then you’ll probably be begging for Crazy Potato. This isanother healing move, but this one adds a layer of protection to your fighters through a solid shield that can last for quite a while.

The move will provide a five percent heal for your team, but the nearly ten-second shield that is equivalent to ten percent of your fighter’s health is something incredible. You’ll be able to tank super combos even if you don’t have a tank on your team.
