Temperament: A Horse’s Social Grace
Not only is Temperament probably themost importantskill your horses will learn, it’s also likely theeasiest to build up.
Your horses will benotedlyharder to train, if you don’t work on their Temperance skill first - it’s how you get them to trust you!
Temperament has to do withhow well your horse reacts to Sims and other horses, with more temperate horses being more gentle and easier to befriend.
In order tobuild Temperance, all you need to do isinteract with your horse regularly. Building a bond is one of the most critical parts to training a horse in The Sims 4 Horse Ranch, andhorses with better Temperament skills are easier to befriend.
Yourhorse’s traitsare pivotalto its Temperament skill, so be sure you’re training horses withagreeable traits.

Endurance: Go The Distance
Horses are known for beingsturdy and stable animals, but everyone tires out after a while. Thankfully,Endurance helps your horse train for longer.
In building the Endurance skill by simplyriding your horseas often as possible, it will be able to go the extra mile before long,training for longeras its Endurance goes up.
Think of runners - you don’t start with full marathons!The more you ride, the better your horse’s Endurance becomes.
By making your horse yourprimary mode of transportation, you’ll very quickly gain the Endurance skill as you ride it out and about in town.

Jumping: Reach For The Skies
Onto theshow skillsfor horses in The Sims 4 Horse Ranch, Jumping is primarily acompetitive skillused toenter competitions and earn moneyon your horses and the bond you’ve built.
There area couple difficulty levelsto training in Jumping, withAdvanced Jumps available at Level Five Jumping.
You’ll watch as your horsebecomes more confident with practice, and they’ll be leaping the bars without hesitation before long with enough practice.

Agility: Be Nimble And Quick
