Altars of Lilith are scattered across Sanctuary inDiablo 4. Each region has a certain number of Altars to collect, and if you collect them all you get a bunch of Renown and lots of permanent stats and Obol capacity for every character on your account.

This guide covers every Altar of Lilith location in Fractured Peaks. Some of these are not accessible right from the start of the game, and you may need to complete certain quests or Strongholds to access them. A few of the Altars are hidden in trees or in buildings, so have a look around each area - none of them are particularly difficult to find when you know where they are.
There are 28 Altars Of Lilith in total in the Fractured Peaks region.
We recommend waiting until you get your mount before you start hunting for Altars of Lilith. It makes the whole process much quicker!
Dobrev Taiga
Here are all the Altar of Lilith locations inDobrev Taigajust south of Kyovashad.
Desolate Highlands
This is the starting area near the Nevesk waypoint south of Kyovashad.The Altars here will not appear when you first start the game.
The Pallid Glade And Nostrava
These two regions, The Pallid Glade, and Nostrava, are next to each either, west of Kyovashad.Nostrava is a Stronghold which you will need to complete to access the Altar.
Sarkova Pass And Kor Dagan
North of Kyovashad, Kor Dagan is also a Stronghold which you will need to complete.

Frigid Expanse And Malnok
East of Kyovashad, the Altar in Malnok is located inside a building.
