Collecting every Altar of Lilith inDiablo 4is important for maximizing your build’s potential. Over one hundred altars can be found across all of Sanctuary, each granting small stat increases or even Paragon Points. If you’re looking to make the best builds possible, you’ll want to find every altar.

Thankfully, Kehjistan’s altars are fairly easy to find. There are 31 statues in total you may find in this zone, most of which are in easy-to-find crevices or out in the open. This guide will showcase how you can find all 31 Altars of Lilith in Kehjistan, showcasing their location on your map while also providing directions on where to go.
Strongholds
3 Altars
Kehjistan is tied with Fractured Peaks for having the fewest Altars of Lilith,totaling 31 altarsacross the entire zone. Smaller zones tend to have three Altars of Lilith, while the larger sections of Kehjistan have five or even six altars each. As with other zones, each Stronghold in this region contains one Altar of Lilith.If you head to an altar location and can’t see it, look for a red glow.

Scouring Sands Altar Locations
The Scouring Sands has six Altars of Lilith for you to find, nearly all of which are found in small crevices on the edges of the subregion.
Amber Sands Altar Locations
Amber Sands has six Altars of Lilith you can find. There are technically seven in the screenshot above, but we’re not counting the tunnel altar since it’s only accessible from the Ragged Coastline. We cover that specific altar in the next section.
Ragged Coastline Altar Locations
The Ragged Coastline has five Altars of Lilith to find. There are technically only four altars here since the north-most altar resides in the Amber Sands, but we’re going to count it here since you need to be in the Ragged Coastline to reach it.

Southern Expanse Altar Locations
You’ll find five Altars of Lilith in the Southern Expanse of Kehjistan, most of which are found right after leaving Gea Kul.
Caldeum Altar Locations
You’ll find three altars in Caldeum, all of which are found south of the Imperial Library waypoint.
Fields Of Hatred Altar Locations
The Fields of Hatred is an active PvP zone. Proceed with caution.
The Fields of Hatred in Kehjistan has three Altars of Lilith to find.This is an active PvP zone, so you’ll want to move quickly and avoid combat. PvP tends to occur near the extraction zones on each corner of the zone.Use your mount, avoid active rituals, and teleport out the second you’re able.Hardcore players will want to bring some Unstoppable abilities to break out of crowd control effects. This will give you a safety net if an enemy player tries to stun you.
Strongholds Altar Locations
Three Strongholds are located in Kehjistan, each containing one Altar of Lilith.You must clear each Stronghold to access its respective altar.
