Assassin’s Creed fans might have all of their attention focused on Mirage, the smaller-scale adventure that launches in a matter of months, but there’s still a lot of assassinating on the horizon. After being rumoured for several years, last year Ubisoft finally confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Infinity, which aims to be a hub of sorts for a range of games set across different time periods, is a real thingand that there are three titles in the works for it right now - Red, Hexe, and codename Invictus, a multiplayer game we know very little about.

Although this post was shared four months ago and a lot could have changed since then, it does indicate that Ubisoft is aiming for a 2024 release for Assassin’s Creed Red.When Red and Hexe were first originally revealed at the Assassin’s Creed 2022 Showcase, they were simply listed as being part of the “future of Assassin’s Creed” and “on the horizon”, with no release window given at the time, which means that this LinkedIn post is our first indicator of the game’s release window.
This also indicates that Assassin’s Creed is continuing its release schedule of having one major release a year, which could suggest that Assassin’s Creed Hexe could be launching in 2025. However, considering how little we know about how Infinity works right now, it’s anyone’s guess if it continues to follow that timeline.
