With fitness at the forefront of the Astronaut career, it helps to have anAthleticSim go for this career. You’ll be building your Fitness skill quite high in either career branch, and even once you decide on a career path, you’ll still need to keep up your physical fitness.
There’s also quite a lot of Logic and Rocket Science to both career paths, so giving your Sim theGeniustrait can help make both of these challenging skills easier to build.
Either way, you’ll need all three skills at some point, so it doesn’t hurt to have both traits!
As for moods, that depends on which skill you’re trying to build. Sims inEnergizedmoods will build theirFitnessskill more efficiently, while you’ll need to be prettyFocusedto study all things related to space.
