If you ever want to take a break from saving the world inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the game is teeming with distractions. Exploring the various towns and villages around Hyrule’s lands will certainly consume much of your time.

Nestled in the west Necluda region, Kakariko Village once again works as a stopping point during your adventures. There are plenty of side quests to do in the area, including one that involves settling a dispute between a pair of quarreling neighbors.
How To Start Codgers' Quarrel
To find and start this quest, you will first need tofind Trissa in Kakariko Village.
She runsHigh Spirits Produce, which is essentially Kakariko’s grocery store. Unfortunately, you’ll see how little there is in stock when you first enter her store.
Talk to Trissa, and she’ll ask you totrack down two individualswho have gone to fight monsters at one of theRing Ruins around Kakariko Village. This will begin the quest.
How To Complete Codgers' Quarrel
In order to find the two men, you will need to make your way to theNestled Ring Ruin, a littlesouthwest of Kakariko Village.
Following the southwest path out of the village and thenclimbing the hillsidewill be the quickest path to reach the ruins.
If you have already accepted the “A Trip Through History” quest, you can knock out parts of each quest at the same time.
If you approach the ruins from the north, you will encounter the men Trissa wanted you to find,Steen and Olkin. Either listen to them argue about the best way to drive out the monsters, or just go straight ahead andfight the monsters yourself.
As you enter the ruins, you’ll seethree Bokoblins on the groundby a campfire andone Bokoblin archer up on topof the ruins.
There are alsoseveral Zonai deviceson top of the ruins, such asFlame Emitter, which can be useful in your upcoming fight.
Once you eliminate all the Bokoblins, you may return totalk to Steen and Olkin. After finally resolving their differences,the two codgers will return to the village.
you’re able to findtwo treasure chestsin the Nestled Ring Ruins. The first chest is by the campfire and contains fiveGiant Brightbloom Seeds. The second chest is hidden behind adestructible rock wallin the hall nearby and contains aMighty Zonaite Sword.
When youreturn to Kakariko Village and talk to Trissa, she’ll thank you for your efforts. High Spirits Produce actually has stock again, so you’ll have more options if you ever want to do a little grocery shopping here.
As a reward for helping her, Trissa will give you anEndura Carrot.
With the “Codgers' Quarrel” quest completed,Trissa has another conundrum for you to solve. Talk to her again to receive the “Follow the Cuckoos” quest that you may do next.
