How To Get Distract Emma The Novelist
Chapter Twelve is almost all dialogue. When you can move around the office,make your way to the rightand speak to Jowd. Once the conversation is finished,return to the phoneand go to the Lady’s Red Apartment. Chapter Thirteen begins here.
Start byactivating the lighteron the shelf next to the phone. After the cutscene, Emma will move her desk closer to Amelie’s bed. With the new positioning, you caneasily traverse most of the room, including the attic where the rat from earlier is hiding. Open the latch to drop the rat, thenmake the clock chimeto get Emma’s attention. After she hits the rat with her bottle,return to the ceilingand turn the valve to trigger a blackout.Make your way down to the lever that drops the chandelier and pull it. Emma willget upto reset it; as she walks back to her chair,pull the lever againwhen she’s exactly in the center of the spot where the chandelier falls. If your timing is off, Emma will dodge and reset the chandelier again;keep tryinguntil you catch her in the middle.

How To Give The Phone To Amelie
When Emma is caught,turn the crank a third timeto lift her off the ground. Open the latch near the rat so that its tail dangles from the ceiling, thenmake the chandelier burn brighterso that Emma swings; the flames will wake up the rat, causing it to run back to the clock.
Make the clock pendulum swing faster, and the rat’s burning tail willcause the phone to fall, letting Amelie call the Justice Minister. When she does,return to the phoneto automatically teleport to the Minister’s office. Speak to him at his desk to trigger a long conversation, thendepart for the Parkvia the phone line to help Lynne.
