Idols are the ultimate inAtlas Fallencharacter customization. Never mind the armor sets, forget every Essence Stone, and most certainly ignore the dyes; these all have their uses (some more so than others), but the Idol you choose to equip into your gauntlet at any given time ties in directly with your healing ability and any perks therein. And healing is otherwise hard to come by.

With that being said, there are well over a dozen of these game-changing little chess pieces to find. Some you’ll come across automatically; others you could go dozens of hours without seeing. Here, we’ll cover them all.

Idol of Care

When you are below 25 percent health, massively increase your Idol’s healing.

Use the “Where the Sun Dried the River” treasure map at the sundial in the Wildlands.

Atlas Fallen Idol’s Thrill Essence Stone

Purchase from Traveling Vendor in the Forbidden Lands.

Idol of Destruction

When defeating a foe or destroying a body part, spawn a health orb which can be collected by you or your ally.

Explore the mine shafts in the Wildlands.

Idol of Fortune

When using your Idol, greatly increase the chances of Essence Stone effects and receiving loot for eight seconds.

Earned automatically at the Tithe Caravan.

Idol of Heights

After staying airborne for ten seconds, you regain a burst of health. This effect can be triggered repeatedly if you stay airborne.

Inside a cavern in the Wildlands after finishing off the central Watchtower.

Idol of Momentum

Your Idol generates a high amount of Momentum instead of healing you.

Due west and beside the main settlement in the Black Alms.

Idol of Persecution

When hitting slowed or crystallized foes, massively increase the restoration rate of your Idol.

In the northern reaches of Bastengar’s Underground, just north of the row of houses.

Idol of Power

Greatly increase your Idol’s healing, and any healing that would heal you above full health automatically restores your Idol’s energy.

Reward for “Proving their Worth” side quest in the Black Alms.

Idol of Resilience

Massively increase restoration rate of your Idol when it has no charge left.

Use the “Ruin with a Secret” treasure map at Spider Rock in the Wildlands.

Idol of Salvation

When you receive fatal damage which could have been prevented by your Idol’s available charges, automatically use those charges.

Use the “Dead and Buried” treasure map across the northeast bridge in the Forbidden Lands.

Idol of Shatter

Your Shatter Attack heals you for a significant amount of the damage it deals

Right in front of the town in the northern Forbidden Lands.

Idol of Steadiness

When using your Idol, massively increase your defenses for ten seconds.

North of the major structure (the sundial) in the northeast of the Wildlands.

Idol of Time

Greatly increase your Idol’s healing, but the health is regenerated over five seconds.

Reward for “A Swamp Hunt” side quest in the Forbidden Lands.

Reward for “A New Home” side quest in the Wildlands.

Idol of Trade

Massively increase restoration rate of your Idol, but its healing is significantly reduced.

At the Essence Wastes in the Black Alms.

Idol of Voracity

The more you increase the restoration rate of your Idol, the further your Momentum Gauge is filled.

Beneath the entrance to the well, south of the main lava flow in Bastengar’s Underground.

Idol of Wound

When you get hit automatically regain a significant amount of the received damage as health over three seconds.
