With the game having “seasons” right in the name, it should come as no surprise thatseasons and weather play a large rolein your gameplay.
Different weather conditions mean different things, meaning your farmer has a dynamic sense of days that are easier and days that are harder. Additionally,certain weather is more common in certain seasons.
New in the 2023 remake, though, isgradually-changing seasons.Like in real life, seasons may get a bit mixed as they begin to change, meaning you might seesnow at the end of Autumn, or atapering off of the rain toward the end of Spring.
Always Check The Weather On TV
While you’ll always have thecurrent weathershown in anicon by the clockin the top-right corner of the screen, you cancheck the TV for a six-hour forecast.
The weather forecasters will tell youwhich condition is most likelyto be happening for the next six-hour block of time, but, like real life,they’re not always correctin their predictions.
That said, they’re a great way toanticipate the weatherwith their mostly-correct forecasts, helping youplan out your day according to the weather, as different conditions mean different amounts of work.
