If you’re new to gacha or turn-based combat games,Takt Op Symphonycan easily be quite overwhelming. The game is set in an era where the Despair Dolls are running rampant around the world and humanity isn’t safe anywhere. You’ll be playing the role of conductor with many Musicarts who have different symphonies.

At the start of the game, you’ll learn that you’ve lost your memory and the first Musicart you meet will be Destiny. Once you progress through the game, you’ll unlock many new sections where you’ll have to choose your own Musicarts and build them up correctly.

Don’t Let Your Stamina Cap

As soon as you get into the game’s story, you’ll realize that there’s an energy called Stamina in the game. You use this Stamina toplay the story chapters and farm various items in the Commissioned Battles when they’re unlocked. The maximum amount of stamina that you can hold in the game is 150 at a time.

Commissioned Battles won’t be unlocked for you at the start. It’s recommended tokeep playing through the main story chapters until you unlock it.

Even after they’re unlocked, certain types of battles will still remain grayed out until you progress further.

The most important thing to remember in this game is to never let your Stamina cap. When your stamina is anywhere below 150, you gain one of it every six minutes. This meansthat it takes about 15 hours for your Stamina to cap if you use all of it, though that’s not generally possible.

After you get a little deeper into the game,Stamina will be one of your main sources to get experience to level up. If you let your Stamina cap during the early days when you plan to play the game long-term, you’ll not be as progressed as the other players who start at the same time as you. This is especially necessary during the early game.

Most mechanics in Takt Op Symphony aregated by a certain level, and it’s important to reach these levels quickly.

As for the Commissioned Battles, the game has a special mechanic called high-value rewards. Each type of battle has a certain number of high-value rewards, and they reset every day. It’s recommended to farm these rewards for every type of battle before you spend your Stamina anywhere else, even the story.

There’s also an item called Biscuits that can regenerate 30 of your Stamina. You get a lot of these at the start of the game, but it’s recommended to save them until later. This is like a stash of Stamina that never goes away, and it’s better to use it when you’re getting higher rarity items from the Commissioned Battles or when there’s an event increasing the rewards.

Explore Around In Main Story

In certain chapters of the main story, you’ll be able to move around an area freely while you’re in a chibi form. Each chapter is divided into multiple parts, and some of these parts have blue fragments that you’re able to acquire while playing the story. These blue fragments are usually found by doing extra things that aren’t necessary.

For example, you might see a white aura on the ground while moving around in chibi form. This aura might not be necessary, but you’ll get a fragment by interacting with it. You can see which part has the fragments when you’re on the chapter’s map, but it’s a good habit to check around everywhere even if there are no fragments.

How To Get SSR Memories

Once you progress into the game a little, a new type of gear called Memories will unlock. These memories are like weapons for Musicarts, andyou can equip them by heading into the Memory section in the Musicart information screen. Most Memories are restricted to a certain class, but some of them can be used by anyone.

You can only unlock the R and SR rarity of Memories through the story or Commissioned Battles, but you’ll have to use a special mechanic to unlock the SSR rarities. This mechanic is the gacha system of the game found in the Score Room area or by clicking on the piano on your screen (beside the main story button).

In the Score Room section, you’ll see multiple banners andonly one of them can give you the required items.

Scroll down to the banner where you may get SR Memories and Prism Light every ten pulls. You can switch the kind of Prism Light you want on the banner, andthis item can unlock the SSR Memory for you. If you’re unlucky, you might have to spend up to 75 pulls to get the Prism Light you want.

Once you have the Prism Light of the class that the Memory you want has,you can head over to the Memory section from the main menu and then ‘Awaken Memory’. Here, pick the SSR Memory you want and use the Light Prism to get it. You can also get SSR signature Memories for limited characters here.

Use Your Summons Wisely

To continue the last point, you also have touse your Friendship Notes or Echomonds carefully if you’re a free-to-play or low-spending player. You might be getting a lot of these at the start of the game, but don’t forget that you’re in the honeymoon period, and the currency gets much more scarce later on.

you’re able to use these to summon on any banner in the game, but it’s highly recommended to summon only on the limited-character banners. Apart from giving you a certain character that might not rerun for a long time, it also has a chance of giving you regular standard characters if you lose your 50:50.

You can also use Echomonds to recharge your Stamina but that should be completely avoided unless you’re spendingon the game.

When you start playing, you might also see some limited banners that have standard characters as rate-up. It’s also recommended to not pull on these banners asthis is essentially the game’s way of baiting you into pulling on a standard character. The pity on these banners isn’t shared with the standard banner or the limited-character banner.

How To Manage Harmony

Once you progress to around level 18 in the game, you’ll unlock the final segment in the character information screen called Harmony. During the late game, you’ll be spending most of your time trying to get the perfect Harmony on your favorite characters since there’s a lot of RNG involved in it.

In the Harmony section, you cangroup the gears in specific bubbles based on the type of buff you’d want on the character. When you select these buffs, you’ll see the gear locations in the bubble having some colors on the border. This means that you have to place a gear of that color to activate it.

The buff chosen on the right side will only get activatedif you put the correct colored gears on all locationsinside the bubbles.

There will be times when certain gear locations will conflict when you’re selecting multiple buffs. You’ll have to use your intelligence to choose the buff you want to go for.

You Have Many Options During Story Mode

While you’re in a dialogue section of the main story or an invitation quest, you’ll see a few useful icons on the top-right side of your screen. There will be three icons, but you’re able to select the rightmost one to open another menu with three more icons. Here’s what all these icons do:
