Every so often, new characters get added toDisney Dreamlight Valley. Every player awaits for their favorite Disney character to arrive. Some of these characters require specific questlines to unlock, while others may just wash up on the beach.

Players have speculated about the pumpkin house in the Forgotten Lands. The theories were correct, as The Fairy Godmother from Cinderella has been added to the game! This guide will detail how to complete her quest so that you may work towards leveling up her friendship.

How To Unlock Fairy Godmother
The Fairy Godmother needs no unlocking in the Dreamcastle. She’s been in the valley all along, inside her house. After updating the game,head to the Forgotten Lands and enter her house.
There are up tosix different biomesin Disney Dreamlight Valley. The Plaza and Peaceful Meadow are automatically accessible to you.
Every other biome must be unlocked by giving up some Dreamlight.
She will ask you to retrieve some Purified Night Shards for the Miracles Take Time quest. This is the start of her main questline that you must complete to have her officially in the valley.
A Purified Night Shard is crafted at the Crafting Table bycombining five Night Shards and one Dream Shard. Both can be found by digging thesparkling holesaround the valley.
You cannot level up The Fairy Godmother’s friendship until you have completed this questline in full.

The Fairy Godmother Main Quest
Once you hand the Purified Night Shards to The Fairy Godmother, she willreveal a secret in the Forgotten Lands.
The Fairy Godmother will reveal the entrance to the Dreamscape. The large rock in the center of the Forgotten Lands turns into a treehouse where you will enter the Dreamscape. This starts the quest Forgotten Memories.
This quest is part of the Main Story of Disney Dreamlight Valley and will uncover some truth about what happened and what caused the Forgetting.
You will have to bring different orbs into the center orb in the middle of the room. Some of the orbs are missing. Your task will be entering three different portals and completing some mini-quests.
The first portal will bring you to Mickey and Friends. Mickey will ask you to collect flowers for a bouquet. There will be purple flowers scattered around the ground for you to collect.Create the bouquet by using the crafting bench on the side of Goofy’s house.
After bringing the bouquet to Minnie, Goofy will need you. Goofy will ask you to gather ingredients to cook a special meal.
These ingredients will be harder to find than the flowers, as they will be behind rocks and pails. Look around the edge of every object in the area.
Bring the ingredients to the cooking table near Goofy to continue. The easiest way to cook it is byclicking Recipesat the top left of the screen. The Nasty Bouillabaisse will be the first option. Then you can pressAuto-Fill ingredients.
After giving the food to Goofy, you must speak to Minnie. Then, the Memory of Friendship will be available in the Dreamscape.
The next portal will take you to Mother Gothel.She will convince you to remove the Orb of Trust from the Glade and find her lost mirror. There will bemultiple orange fishing spots in the Glade. You have to find the one that has her mirror, as the others will just carry junk.
Mother Gothel tricks the Forgotten and tries to trap them. This will bethe end of this portal, and you will receive the Memory of Trust.
The last portal will shine a light onthe truth of what has been going onin the valley.
Scar convinces you to destroy the Sunlit Plateau, destroying the Orb and killing life.Interact with the orange flowers to crush them. He will then ask you to plant Night Thorns around the plateau.
To do this, you must plant seeds as you normally would.If you have other seeds in your inventory, they will pop up, so make sure you scroll through your seedsto the very end to findpurple seedswithout a bag.
The tree is on the other side of the water from the pillar.The mine entrance is to the left of the portal entrance. Make sure you plant the seeds by the stone path entrance of the mines, not on the side the portal is on.
The pillar will be destroyed, dropping the Orb of Nurturing. After bringing the orb to Scar, he will blame you for everything. You will trap him,speak with Merlin, and finish this mission.
The last memory will be released. After combining all the memories into the Orb of Remembrance in the center of the Dreamscape, the Forgotten will appear and steal the orb. The Forgotten will share that they will combine realms to make everything right again.
This quest reveals that the Forgotten is your younger self.
You grew up, and the real world became scary and confusing, causing you to lash out at those you love.
You didn’t have enough support because the Disney villains convinced you to destroy everything. That is how the valley got engulfed in the night.

Fairy Godmother Friendship Rewards
After completing the questline above, you can start befriending The Fairy Godmother. Rewards for leveling up her friendship include Star Coins, Motifs, and furniture items.
There are different ways to level up the friendship of a villager. You can have a daily discussion with them, gift them random objects, or gift them their favorite item of the day.
To unlock the next quest for Fairy Godmother, you must level up her friendship to a certain degree.
Look at your quest log and find Fairy Godmother on the left side list. If she is locked, it will say what level you need to get her to.
To check what item a villager is craving for the day, head to the menu and select Collection. Select Characters and then hover over the villager in question. At the bottom of the screen, you will see their friendship level and what their favorite gifts are for the day.
When a villager is Level 1, the easiest and quickest way to level them up is by giving them random flowers. Luckily, The Fairy Godmother usually asks for flowers as one of her favorite gifts.

Pumpkin Carriage
For every villager,you will not get the Level 10 reward until you have completed their final quest.
Their final quest only unlocks upon reaching Level 10 in their friendship.
The Fairy Godmother’s final quest is called A Magical Moment, in which you host her a party.
