To redeem coupon codes, you’ll first need to acquire yourUser Number. This can be found under the Options screen by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner, then going to Account Settings, and finally User Number.
You’ll also need toknow what Region you play in. You likely already know this just based on where you live geographically, but if there’s any doubt, tap the right corner of the Options screen to find out what server you’re on.
Next,head toGuardian Tales' coupon redemption site here. Select your region, then enter your user number and the coupon code. If the code is still valid, you’ll be notified that your rewards have been delivered. A pop-up message will inform you if the code has expired. All rewards can be found in the in-game mailbox.
