There are a host of othervaluable items in this room.The one you are looking for is theJade Figurine,in a shelf on thesouth side of the room.Geralt figures that there’s something special about it, but can’t figure it out alone.
You will need tofind Triss to solve it.

The quest willguide you to Triss,wherever she may be. Her location will change based onyour progression throughout the main story.She’s happy to lend her expertise andtakes Geralt to a quiet spotto undo the enchantment.
