Although these three Psychic-type Legendary Pokemon share a few similarities on the battlefield, there are some key differences when it comes to their Raids and where they will be available. Where You Will Encounter These Raids
Although Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit are all available in Pokemon Go, their presencewilldepend on the specific region that you are playing in.
As of their most recent inclusion in Five-Star Raids, July 08, 2025, to August 02, 2025, all three Legendary Lake Guardians can be found in Raids at the same time, butonly one will appear in your particular region.

Due to all three of these Legendary Pokemon being solely Psychic-type Pokemon,Azelf, Uxie, and Mespritpossess the same specific strengths and weaknesses when in battle.
Due to their Psychic typing,there are only two attack types that they are resistant to,Fighting and Psychic. If you want to make sure that you’re effective in these Raid battles,avoid using Pokemon equipped with either of these two attack types.
Fortunately, these three Pokemon possess more weaknesses than resistances, providing you with more options when it comes to viable counters. This includes Pokemon that use eitherBug, Ghost,or Dark-type attacks,which will deal significantly more damage than those of any other type.
