How To Salvage Your Items
The way to salvage items in V Rising is to utilize theDevourerstructure. This large, hungry box canbreak apart your items into their basic components.
Although most items can be broken down,you will not receive the same material returnas it cost to create the item in the first place. This is to prevent you from using the salvage feature to freely repair your items.
To check whether an item can be devoured, you can highlight it in your inventory. If thesalvageabletext appears at the bottom, alongside some materials, then you will know you can break it apart.
The Devourercannot be crafted at the beginning of the game, so bear in mind that you should focus on leveling up your power to around 25 before trying to hunt down the recipe.
How to Unlock The Devourer Blueprint
The Devourer is alarge chest that can be placed inside your castle, but must first be unlocked by defeating a specific V Blood carrier. The recipe can be acquired by defeatingLidia The Chaos Archer.
She is alevel 30early-game boss and can be difficult to locate, due to her roaming nature. Therefore, the best way to find her is to simply track her location.
After you have defeated Lidia and drained her of her V Blood, you will unlock theDevourer,as well as the Leatherworking Station, the Leather Bag recipe, the Longbow recipe, and a tier-one Chaos Spell Point.
How To Build The Devourer
The Devourer can be crafted with the following resources.

For example, books that are used at the Study will provide Scrolls when put in the Devourer.
