Best Relics And Planar Ornaments For Bailu
Relics and Planar Ornaments are unlocked as you play the game, as well as completing Caverns of Corrosion, Simulated Universe, etc.
Here are the best Relics and Planar Ornaments for Bailu, from early-game to late-game builds.
Relics
Passerby Of Wandering Cloud
This set is the go-to for healers in Honkai: Star Rail, as it provides a base increase ofhealing by 10%and allows Bailu to regenerate 1 skill pointat the start of battleto allow her to activate her Restore skill move more quickly.
Messenger Traversing Hackerspace
Farmed on the Xianzhou Luofu planet,this set can increase Bailu’s SPD by 6%and also give her entire team some extra SPD when her Ultimate is used. With these two effects, this set is the current best in slot for her.
Planar Ornaments
Fleet of the Ageless
This is a great early-game set for Bailu since it can be unlocked pretty fast, and it gives her extra HP apart fromproviding an ATK boost to the entire team when you have over 120 SPD.
Broken Keel
Once you get to the late game, Broken Keel is the best Ornament set for almost every support in the game. With a bit of Effect RES, which you’d want to have on Bailu anyway,it gives your team 10% Crit DMG.

Bailu is capable of carrying teams through very difficult fights if you focus on her build.
Best Light Cones For Bailu
Time Waits For No One(5-Star)
This is the best Light Cone in the game for Bailu and support characters in general - it providesa massive HP increase(up to 30%) and amassive boost to outgoing healing(up to 20%).
It also provides some extra damage based on how much healing Bailu has done to that ally.
Post-Op Conversation (4-Star)
In terms of amore F2P Light Cone, this provides extra healing from Bailu’s Ultimate (which is particularly strong, anyway), as well as energy regeneration so Bailu can heal more regularly.
Shared Feeling (4-Star)
Just slightly less useful than the Post-Op Conversation Light Cone - mostly due to the sheer power of Bailu’s ultimate - Shared Feeling provides a solid healing boost and regeneration boost whenever you use Bailu’srestore skill.
Cornucopia (3-Star)
This is a great,cheap Light Conethat can be used on an early-game Bailu build -it improves outgoing healing with every use of her skill or ultimate.

Bailu Traces Overview And Priority
Picking Traces for Bailu is relatively straightforward, as you willeventually unlock all of the character’s Traces anyway.
If you’re pressed for materials at the beginning of the game, make sure to focus onBailu’s Restore skill and Ultimateas these are the crux of her character and crucial if you want to use her as a powerful healer.
