How To Get Outside
As soon as you’re able to move, make your way over to Lynneto find out what happened. you may reach her from themotor on the ceiling of the room below you, via the doctor’s bag. After the conversation, you’ll head back four minutes to prevent her from being shot.
Listen to the thought bubble at the top of the screen - Lynne will suggestgoing outside via the telephoneto find the gunman before he fires. Before you go,listen to past Lynneto trigger the patrol officer entering the building. While he’s on the phone, you canlisten into get the number for the Chicken Kitchen.
Upon arriving at the phone, you’ll discover that youcan’t travel normally via telephone lineswhile you’re in the past. Advance the conversation until Lynne walks to the right side of the room, out of frame. When she does, swivel the desk lamp and turn it onto draw the officer’s attention to the hidden notebook. He’ll call the detectives in the junkyard; while the phone is actively being used, you can travel through it (but only to the phone on the other end). Luckily, that happens to be exactly where you need to go!
Choose to go outside to the Junkyard, where you’ll be greeted by Ray. Make your way over to him once the conversation ends, then to the folding cot above him. Close the cot, thenuse the flagto reach the top level the same way you did in Chapter One:turn the blender on, then activate the fan and quickly switch to the flag before it starts blowing.

The best way to catch Cabanela is tomove the camera to the leftafter the indication that Time Is Passing; that way, you’ll be able to see him approach.
When Cabanela gets off the bike, enter the vanto make One-Step-Ahead Tengo reveal himself. Once he does, open the van door. You can now use it to reach the searchlight on top of the van;use it to blind Tengo, forcing him to find another spot from which to shoot. Be sure that youdon’t turn it back off, or Tengo will return later.

How To Stop Tengo From Shooting
Close the van door to get back to the ground; the cop nearby will havestarted walking back and forth. When he’s close enough, move to his nightstickto get back to the left side of the screen, where Tengo will reappear.
There are three searchlights in the area;left, right, and center, but only two can be switched on at a time. If you activate the third, the last light you turned on will shut off.For now, don’t worry about repeatedly scaring Tengo;he will fire when the timer runs out, and not before.
No matter where he is,Tengo will always retreat if you activate the police sirenbut will show up again at theclosest possible position to Lynneafter a few seconds. you may also use it tocall the cops to the patrol car, saving time as you won’t have to wait for them.
Use thepolice car’s flashing lightsto get the cop on the left to come over; use his nightstick to reach the left searchlight andturn it off.you may now safelyturn on the center lightwithout turning off the one all the way to the right. With both the center and right searchlights turned on, Tengo will beforced to fire from the farthest position to the left.

Whatever you do,don’t activate the umbrella until Tengo is dealt with, or you’ll have to start over!
Once Lynne is saved, use the umbrellato get back down to the flag. Jump through the various pieces of junk toreturn to the telephone belowand go to the office to complete the chapter.
