Hateno Village is a quaint little farming town found inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Here, you will encounter residents wearing mushroom-based clothes, as well as mushroom statues spread throughout the town. Getting To Hateno Village

Thankfully, Hateno Village is pretty easy to find. To get here, we suggest firstheading to the Dueling Peaks Stable.As the name suggests, this stable is right next to the Dueling Peaks withinWest Necluda.

From the stable, you will see a path heading north, leading to the Karkariko Bridge. Right before the bridge,a path will branch off to the right.Following this path, you will eventually reach Hateno Village. There are a few paths that branch off, butall you need to do is continue going straight.

After passing through the Ginner Woods, you will beat the base of Hateno Town, which extends up the hill.Now, it’s time to complete some quests!

The Mayoral Race

The main side adventure that can be found in Hateno Villageinvolves a mayoral race.To begin this adventure, head to the village’s clothing shop. As you walk into town,this will be the first building on the left;there will be NPCs gathered here as well.

After a short cutscene, speak with Cece. This will trigger the first quest in the side adventure. Below, you can check out this quest, as well as the following quests that you will receive.

Reede’s House

Reede

Reede is looking for a specific ingredient to win the race against Cece. To complete this quest, you will need to complete A Letter to Koyin.

Hateno Pasture

Koyin (near the lake)

Retrieve a bottle in the lake for Koyin, which has the recipe for cheese. Once you’ve completed this quest, you can return to Reede to complete A New Signature Food.
