The Witcher 3focuses on the danger that monsters pose to humans. Too many contracts dwell on monsters disrupting human activity, destroying their homes, and killing humans. Where To Find Harassing A Troll
You’ll need to travel to the coastnorthwest of the Inn at the Crossroads,which you visit early in the game for the questThe Nilfgaardian Connection.you’re able to follow the road north before reaching the coast.
These woods areinfested with monsters,including several more nekkers. They’ll be a nuisance when passing through the forest unless youkill them during your journey.
You can find atroll being attacked by a group of five nekkersby a cave. Intervening willstart the quest.
Saving The Troll
If you intervene, the troll will have the rare distinction of being saved by a witcher. It willfight alongside Geralt,drawing some nekkers to it.You cannot damage itand can use your bombs and signs freely without worrying about failing the quest.
Nekkers use theiragility and numbersto their advantage in a fight. Aside from keeping Quen up, you shoulduse Yrden to slow them down,making their lunging attacks easier to dodge. If you haveNorthern Wind bombs,a well-placed bomb willfreeze the pack.
The monster will talk to Geralt after all of the monsters have been killed. It thanks the witcher for his help and offers some nekker soup, which would explain the ogroids' anger. It’ll either give youjunk items or diagramsalongside some crowns as a reward.
