The Ralis Channel Shrine Quest can be triggered within the Zora Domain in theLegend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This quest takes you underneath Ralis Pond, where you have to navigate a shrine crystal upstream.

You’ll only need Ultrahand to get through this puzzle, and completing the quest will unlock Joniu Shrine. As with all the crystal quests in Tears of the Kingdom, the reward for getting the crystal to its proper shrine comes in the form of a Rauru’s Blessing. This means you get a chest and a Light of Blessing.

The Ralis Channel Crystal Shrine Quest Location

To begin the quest, head to the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower. From there, go south down the mountain and glidedirectly over Ralis Pondon the map.

The coordinates for the cave entrance to Ralis Channel are2906, 0141,0163.

Keep gliding over the pond and aim for the lower level. You are looking for thecave entrance to Ralis Channelfurther down the mountain.

There is also another entrance by Ralis Pond, but going from the lower cave entrance willlead you to the crystal first.

How To Unlock Joniu Shrine

Enter the Ralis Channel cave, and you will quickly see thecrystal resting by the waterin front.Interact with the crystal to trigger the quest, and find the location of the shrine.

The crystal’s light is pointing up through the cave, almost in a straight line. There are somepieces ofWoodaround, along with someZonaiFans. You’ll need to use these to make your way upstream.

Since the channel is flowing against you,attaching aFanis crucial. One will do, but ensure you attach it so thewind is blowing behind.

you may also place a sail on your raft if you want, and use a weaponfused with aKorok Frondto give yourself extra manoeuvrability.

Simply swinging with the weapon will create a draft,and you can use thisto navigate up through the channel.

As you go through the channel, you will see asmall island to your left.

Try and aim for this island as a place to rest andrestore your Zonai battery.On this tiny island, there is aZonaiRocket.

Go ahead and attach this to the middle of the raft and then useUltrahand to aim it directly down the cavern.

Jump on the raft andhit the rocketto blast forwards.

If you aimed true, you will clear almost the entire distance without hitting anything.

This should get youdirectly in front of the shrine, but the fan will take you the rest of the way regardless.

Jump off the raft and bring the crystal ashore with Ultrahand. Take it up to the shrine and that will complete the Ralis Channel Crystal quest.

EnterJoniu Shrineand claim your Light of Blessing and the typically unhelpful reward from the treasure chest.
