Diablo 4is filled with side quests, with over a hundred to complete spread out through each of Sanctuary’s five regions. While there are staple side quests like delivering boar meat or defeating however many skeletons, a few side quests can be a bit trickier to complete.

How To Complete Reject The Mother Quest
The Reject the Mother side quest can be started by interacting with atorn noteto theeast of Ked Barduin theTusmaa Riftregion of theDry Steppes. Head east from Ked Bardu into the cliffs and valleys of the Tusmaa Rift until you come upon the torn note, which is marked with a blue exclamation point like other side quests.
This side quest will only appear after progressing a bit through Act 3, up until the main story quest"Whittling Sanity", as the door you need to pass through later will be blocked off otherwise.
After reading the torn note, you will learn that you need toshout your rejection at a secret statue of Lilith. To find this statue, continue through the canyons and past the abandoned house into a cave, where you will find the statue at the end, near the entrance to the Dark Ravine dungeon. The quest objective ismarked on your mapafter reading the torn note.
Here, open up youremote wheeland select “No” while standing in front of the statue. This will cause a chest to appear nearby, which will drop some items when you open it and ultimately complete the quest.
In addition to the gold, experience, and gear you receive upon completing this quest, you’ll also gain 20 Renown for the Dry Steppes region, putting you one step closer to yournext milestone.
