Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemedhas you help City survivors and give them a place to stay. As you go through these segments, you’ll eventually meet Finley and Axel, two siblings who were separated. Once you find them, they want to help around Colony 9, so you’ll go through The Junior Workforce Quest to get them started.

Even though the quest may seem straightforward, it can be challenging to start it since you must find them both. On top of that, you’ll have various questions to answer during a quiz, so take some time to learn the answers and finish the quest.
Where To Find Finley And Axel
you’re able to’t save Finley until you reach Colony 9.Start by going to Outlook Park.
If you haven’t reached it yet,leave Colony 9 from the west entrance, cross the bridge, travel south, and go up multiple staircases. You’ll find a cliff west of the park, though it has water at the bottom.Jump down, and swim to the shore north, where you’ll discover Finley.
You can’t save Axel until youfinish the Ether Lift quest. Once you do, you’ll take the Ether Lift to the Ragmos Desolation area. Step forward onto the bridge, and jump off to the platform below. Look under the bridge, and you’ll find Axel.

How To Start The Junior Workforce Quest
After finding Finley and Axel, go to Colony 9 and talk with them. They’renorth of the Central Plaza. You’ll then meet Carrom at the Command Center.
If you haven’t been there before,travel east from where you talked with Finley and Axel and look north. After talking with Carrom, return to the Central Plaza. Talk with the Liberator Soldier at the Colony 9 Supply Office to start the quiz portion.

Once you talk with the shop owner, you’ll be givenfive questions to answer.
You must answer them all correctly to finish the quest, thoughyou don’t get the same questions every timeif you get some answers wrong and try again.

After you finish this portion, you’ll get a cutscene and finish the quest. You’ll get some experience and gold, but you’ll alsoget an Art Unlock Kit along with a Dragonfang Necklace.
