There is a shop in Novigrad’s affluent Gildorf district that sells a surprising number of items related toThe Witcher 3’sside quests. One of these items is a jade statuette that begins the quest The Noble Statuette. After purchasing the item, Geralt looks for Triss to discover more about the mysterious object and its debaucherous history.

This quest can be easy to forget, considering how quietly it begins. Unfortunately, it may not always be possible to complete. If you’ve just discovered it in your quest log or if you’ve just been informed that it’s failed, we’ll explain how to complete this short quest.
Where To Find The Jade Figurine
The Jade Figurine at the heart of this quest is found in ashop in the Gildorf district, southeast of St. Gregory’s Bridge.From the Fast Travel point, go up the slope and enter alarge square.The shop is the only merchant on the western side of the square.
You’ll have to cough up a heftyfour crowns for the figurine.Purchasing it will start the quest.
You should also buy theLizard Figurine from the shop.It’s a disguised key used in the amusing questOf Dairy and Darkness.
How To Complete The Nobleman Statuette
Bring the Jade Figurine toTriss,who is either ather hideout or at Dandelion’s establishment.She’ll realize that the statuette is thecompressed form of a person,and quickly goes to undo the spell.
Triss is not always available for this quest.If you have finishedNow or Never,you’ll have to wait to completeBlindingly Obviousbefore she returns.
A cutscene will play where Geralt and Triss find a quiet part of town to cast the spell. Anobleman appears,halfway through a frantic apology to one of Triss' former colleagues,the sorceress Coral.
If you’ve finishedFinal Preparations,the quest will fail completely. While you may be surprised by this, this quest isfar from the game’s best.You should focus oncontinuing the storyinstead.
