Where To Find The Simosiwak Shrine

Bravery Island Location
As covered above,Bravery Islandis found nearNorth Hyrule Sky Archipelago. It is theSky Islandthat rests at thebottom of the spiraling rock structurethat willsurely catch your eye the first time you launch yourself out of theLookout Landing Skyview Tower.
You canreach Bravery Islandseveral ways, as you cancast Recall on a piece of debris that falls from the skyto the ground below andride it back up.
Or, you canuse the catapult near the Mayamat Shrine(Rauru’s Blessing) on thenearby Sky Islandtolaunch yourself toward it and Glide the rest of the way downto Bravery Island. Whichever way you decide to reach the Island is up to you, but we prefer this method!
Bravery Island: Steward Construct
Once you touchdown on Bravery Island, look for theSteward Constructnear the dilapidated stone structure andspeak to it to learn of a Ring Challenge. The first Challenge isuntimed but will still prove difficult,so be prepared!
Bravery Island: Ring Challenge
Afteraccepting the Ring Challenge, you will bewarped to the top of the spiraling rock structureand will have tojump off it and through a Ringto begin the Challenge. As you descend, you mustpass through a series of Ringsand land in the pool of water below.
Missing just one of these Rings will warp you back to the Steward Construct, allowing you to partake in the Challenge again if you so wish.
One tip we have for this Challenge isthe Rings will alternate rotating clockwise and counterclockwise, somake your adjustments for the next one the moment you pass through one, allowing you to get a head start on your positioning to make things much more manageable.
Bravery Island: Simosiwak Shrine
If you manage topass through every Ringon your way back down to Bravery Island, you will be rewarded with theconstruction of a new Shrine. This Shrine is the aforementionedSimosiwak Shrine!-The Shrine will be made on Bravery Island, so don’t leap off of it or go anywhere else!
Simosiwak Shrine (Proving Grounds: Lights Out) Walkthrough
With theSimosiwak Shrineconstructed, you’re able to either head inside or attempt a timed version of the Ring Challenge to earn extra goodies. The Shrine itself isless of a puzzle and more of a Challenge, having youtake on Constructs while in the pitch-darknessof the Shrine.
There are atotal of three Constructs within the Shrine, all atvarying difficultiesto take on, especially with no clothes or equipment. Luckily, there is a way to best all of them, which we have outlined below!
Simosiwak Shrine: Lighting The Way
Before enteringthe Simosiwak Shrine,we recommend consuming a Food Itemthat grants you theGlow Effect, allowingLink to shine bright even in the darknessof the Shrine. If you don’t have the means to do this, it’s okay. You will be at a slight disadvantage, but nothing major!
Simosiwak Shrine: Rules
Upon entering the Shrine, you will bemet with a messageexplaining you will haveall your equipment stripped away from youwhile inside the Shrine, meaningyou cannot bring in any outside Items or Weapons.
Don’t panic, however, your belongings will return to you if you exit the Shrine or complete it,so don’t stress over losing your things forever. It’s only for as long as you’re in the Shrine.
Additionally, any buffs you have applied to yourself will remain intact even upon enteringthe Shrine. This meansif you ate a Food Item with the Glow Effectwe encouraged you to do earlier,it would stay activeeven after it takes everything away from you!
Simosiwak Shrine: First Training Construct
When youfirst enter the Simosiwak Shrine, you willfind two Light Shields and aWooden Stickon your immediate leftat the bottom of the entrance ramp.Pick everything up,thenhead left. You will seea lone Constructwandering the area in front of you.
Sneak up to the Construct and beat it downwith your Wooden Stick. If you can land aStealth Attack,go for it. Otherwise, be prepared for it to fight back with a Wooden Stick of its own. ThisConstruct doesn’t have much health, however, so it should be an easy encounter.
Simosiwak Shrine: Second Training Construct
Thesecond Constructisfound slightly ahead of the first onebut ismuch more challengingto take down, so be cautious. This Constructhas much more healththan the prior one andhas aFlame Emitterattached to a Wooden Stick, making it extremely dangerous.
Sneak up to the Constructas you did the previous one andland a Stealth Attackon it toeliminate most of its health, thenfinish it with the Wooden Sticksyou’ve gathered.
If the Construct spots you, use your Light Shieldand get hits in whenever possible. After defeating it,pick its Flame Emitter/Wooden Stick up,then proceed forward!
Simosiwak Shrine: Third Training Construct
With theFlame Emitter/Wooden Stickin your possession, make your way to the right to find the third and final Constructsitting on anelevated platformsurrounded by Rubies.
You will be behind the Construct,so westrongly advise taking the time to Sneak up behind ittoland a Stealth Attack, which willlikely destroy it in one hit or leave it very close to deathafterward.
Again,if you are spotted, prepare for an all-out battle, butthis Construct is a bit weaker than the previous one, andyour new Flame Emitter/Wooden Stick will carve away its healthlike nothing.
Defeating this Constructwill alert you that you’vesuccessfully completed the Simosiwak Shrine, returning all your belongingsto you on the spot and opening the exit. While most things will disappear, you’re able to still gather the Rubies,so do that before moving onward!
Simosiwak Shrine: Rewards
Lastly, now that the exit is opened, you canmake your way through the opened gateto find aTreasure Chestawaiting you just before the statues.Open the Chestto receive theBright Elixir, which grants you aHigh-Level Glow Effectfornine minutes and ten seconds. From there, you’re free to grab yourLight of Blessingand exit the Simosiwak Shrine!
