InThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, not all shrines are created equal. Some are difficult to find. Others are sitting out in plain sight. Then there are the shrines that give up the Light of Blessing without even making you work for it. But then some shrines put you through the ringer.

The Rakashog shrine is one that is fairly simple to locate, especially if you enjoy taking to the skies. But it, it’ll make you put your thinking cap on when it comes to connecting light beams using various angles. Here’s our step-by-step guide on how to locate and complete the Rakashog shrine.
How To Find The Rakashog Shrine
TheRakashog shrineis located in theEast Gerudo Sky Archipelago. The easiest way to get there is to utilize theGerudo Canyon Skyview Towerto launch you in the air and then to glide east to this collection of sky islands.
As you approach the central island that contains three walkways jutting out from its center, you’ll see the green glow of the shrine toward the back.
Land and make your entrance.
How To Complete The Rakashog Shrine
With the challenge labeled as “A Reflective Device,” the obvious clue here is that we’re going to beusing mirrors to connect beams of lightto power sources in order to unlock doors.
The first room is rather straightforward.Grab the mirrorby the locked door with Ultrahand andangle it inside of the beam of lightso that it shines at theglowing orange padabove the door to unlock it.
The next room is also fairly straightforward. You will use Ultrahand topick up the mirror and slide it through the opening in the gated wall. Then you willturn the mirrorso that it canreflect the beam of light on the other side to the orange pad,once again unlocking the door.
Once the door is unlocked, you will want to make sure that themirror you just used is positionedso that it isshining light directly down the next hallway. You’re going to need that light as you enter this room.
Take the mirror in the next room and angle it so that it’sreflecting the light downward at the floor, and hover it over the orange padat the back of the room. This will cause the platform the pad is on to rise and descend repeatedly.Jump on to reach the next level.
Once at the top, immediately look to your right to find a giant block.Grab the blockwith Ultrahand and bring it into the next room with you. Place itunder the beam of light. Thenplace a mirror in that room on top of the block to shine back toward the roomwith the rising and descending platform.
Then walk back out to the room where you obtained the block,grab another mirror, raise it up, and angle it so that it shines a light on the orange padon the other side of the room.
This will unlock the door to thetreasure chestwith aLarge Zonai Charge.
After obtaining the goods,remove the block from the beam of lightand thenposition a mirror under iton the ground level. Angle it around the wall that is blocking your view toward the next pad on the other side of the room.
Then grab a second mirror andcreate a beam off of that light to pivot around the wallback over the orange pad in order to unlock the door.
Collect theLight of Blessing, and that’s it! You’ve completed theRakashog shrine.
