Where To Start Treasure Hunt: The Royal Air Force
The Royal Air Force startseast of Velen,atVikk Watchtower.You will be assaulted by a large flock of harpies on your arrival and will have to shoot the bogeys down.
As a witcher, Geralt is better suited to fighting enemies that have a stronger adherence to gravity than those that require ground-based air defense. That said, hiscrossbow will be particularly effectiveby giving you a means of downing the flying monsters where they can be attacked with less difficulty.
When the area is safe,search the entrance to the watchtower.There is acorpse slumped against the archwaythat has both theletter and keyneeded to start this quest.
How To Climb The Tower
The treasure is locatedon the highest point of Vikk Watchtower.Considering that the structure is quite literally a shell of its former self andpartially collapsed,getting to the top takes some work.
Go right from the archway, enter the basement, and take the stairs up. From there, you will need tojump from ledge to ledge,through an unsafe route. The chest isnext to a nest, ready for you to claim. You will have toleap onto a half-crumbled staircaseto reach it.
The chest contains thePyerog Runestone,which is used increating the Dumplings enchantment,which improves healing received from food.
