As a general rule of thumb inThe Witcher 3,Geralt can find Witcher Contracts just about anywhere. While his employers come from all walks of life in the Northern Realms, Blood and Wine brings Geralt into contact with a new set of employers. Vintners, wine merchants, if there could be anything more Toussaint. If you’re looking for monster-hunting work, you’ll be hard-pressed to find any as plentiful as Blood and Wine’s Vintner’s Contracts.

This guide will help you find all five Vintner’s Contracts and give you an idea of what to expect from each one. They aren’t the toughest hunts, but they’ll give you some coin regardless.
Vintner’s Contracts Explained
Vintner’s Contracts are Blood and Wine’s version of Witcher Contracts. You’llfind a wine merchant in Toussaintand offer tohelp them with a monster-related problemplaguing their business.
In the usual fashion, you will have a chance tonegotiate your paybefore heading inside to exterminate whichever monster has ruined their day.
These quests aren’t as complex as the other Witcher Contracts. There isno following tracksorslowly figuring out what you’re fighting.Instead, you simply walk into the monster’s den, kill whatever you find, and leave.
These contracts are scattered around Toussaint, in various places where vintners have encountered monsters.
Vintner’s Contract: Chuchote Cave
This contract is in thenorthern part of Toussaint,just south of theCastel Ravello Vineyard Fast Travel point.You’ll find the vintner by his cart, clearly looking for a witcher.
He asks Geralt torid a nearby cave of arachnomorphs.There are just six of the spider-like monsters inside the cave.
The tight confines of the cave makebombs and Whirlgood options for dealing with the monsters.
You can collect your reward after killing the monsters.
Vintner’s Contract: Cleaning Those Hard-to-Reach Places
You can find this contract in thesoutheast of Toussaint.A good way to reach it would be toFast Travel to Casteldaccia Abandoned Estateand follow the bridge south, beforegoing west, toward a ridge.
This vintner isoutside a cave,looking for his missing clerk. He suspects that the elven ruins surrounding the cave had something to do with his employee’s disappearance.
He’s correct. There aretwo gargoyles inside the cave.The first isvisible from the entrance,while the second isin a tunnel, south of the entrance.
Gargoyles can usepoisonous breath against Geralt.This can be countered bydrinking Golden Orioleto nullify the damage.
Vintner’s Contract: Dun Tynne Hillside
Look to thehills north of Dun Tynne Castle,in thesouth of Toussaint.You can find the vintner for this contractat a cave in the hills,nursing a wound.
While he’s in a foul mood, he quickly hires Geralt to kill the monsters inside the cave.
You’ll findthree giant centipedes inside the cave.The unpleasant creatures are spread around the entrance to the structure, with the first one fought alone and with the subsequent pair fighting together.
You canuse Yrden to trap the giant centipedeswhen they areabout to burst from the ground.
There is aBlood-smeared diary on a skeleton inside the cave,written by a man who had the same idea as the vintner outside, with less luck.
Vintner’s Contract: Duchaton Crest
This contract is just south ofRioux-Cannes Outpost,down the hill.
This might be the toughest contract in the set. You’ll befighting a shaelmaar,the same species of monster fromThe Beast Of Toussaint,from the very start of the expansion.
This shaelmaar isfar weaker than the first one you battled.The same tricks apply,try to have it slam into wallsto have opportunities to strike at its soft, unprotected underbelly. Samum and Aard can serve as effective decoys.
Vintner’s Contract: Rivecalme Storehouse
This vintner is outside his storehouse on theeast side of Toussaint’s river,at thewest of Dulcinea Windmill,not far from the Fast Travel point.
He’ll ask Geralt to remove the monsters infesting his new investment. They are just apack of ghouls,which you’re able to easily kill.
