Alone In The Deep
Alone in the Deep:Complete all the encounters in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon solo without leaving the activity.
This Triumph requires you tocomplete the entire dungeon, start to finish, by yourself without leaving the activity. The challenge immediately fails if anyone joins your fireteam or if you return to orbit. With that said, this doesnothave to be a flawless run; deaths don’t void Triumph completion.
Since Ghosts of the Deep features rather tanky bosses, you’ll want to attempt this dungeon with a good build and high DPS weapons. Strategies can be found below.
Linear Fusion Rifles
Cataclysmic and Briar’s Contempt are ideal for Simmumah.
Both bosses in Ghosts of the Deep are incredibly tanky and comparable to raid bosses, so you’ll need to bring some top-tier weapons. For Ecthar, use Legend of Acrius. This gun pairs exceptionally well with melee builds and deals immense damage per shot, especially if you own the Catalyst.
For Simmumah, use Arbalest with a Linear Fusion Rifle.Arbalest instantly breaks their shield, letting you swap to your Linear for sustain DPS. Cataclysmic with Bait and Switch works best here, although you might want to consider Briar’s Contempt since the weapon’s origin trait, Harmonic Resonance, causes the gun to deal bonus damage to the Hive Guardians and final boss.
Arcstrider for the first two encounters
Nightstalker for the Simmumah boss
Sunbreaker for all encounters
Warlock
Dawnblade for all encounters
Hunterswill want to use Arcstrider for the first two encounters. Use Lethal Current and Flow State to annihilate every enemy with powerful Combination Blow punches, destroying moths with your Primary or Special of choice. Bring Assassin’s Cowl for survivability and Liar’s Handshake for the Ecthar fight.Against Simmumah, you’ll want to switch to Nightstalkerfor the Shadowshot debuff and ample access to invisibility. Play more conservatively during the last encounter, and you should beat the dungeon in a few tries.
Titanscan use Sunbreaker for the entire dungeon with little issue. Spec for Throwing Hammers by using the Roaring Flames and Sol Invictus Aspects, giving you a devastating melee attack after landing a few kills. Equip Synthoceps to further boost your damage. Simmumah tends to float away from you during their damage phase, so be sure you bring a good Linear Fusion Rifle as a backup DPS option.
Warlockscan make virtually any subclass work, but we’re going to recommend Dawnblade for one reason: Well of Radiance. This Super makes the Ecthar and Simmumah damage phases far safer. Between using Well of Radiance, you can rely on x2 Restoration provided by Phoenix Dive while Heat Rises is active. Sunbracers pairs exceptionally well with this setup, allowing you to carpet bomb your foes with a flurry of Solar Grenades.
The Trinity
The Trinity:Complete all encounters in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon with a full fireteam of clanmates.
The Trinity is a straightforward Triumph. You’ll need tocomplete every encounter with a full fireteam of clanmates. You’ll need a three-player squad, all of which must be part of the same clan, to finish this Triumph. If your clan is currently inactive, you can look for new clans to join on the Bungie.net forums.

Shock Rise
Shock Rise:Complete all encounters in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon with a full fireteam of Arc subclasses.
The Ghoul title requires you to complete every encounter with the core Light subclasses—Arc, Solar, and Void. Shock Rise specifically asks you touse an Arc subclass. Here’s what we recommend:
Fire Hazard
Fire Hazard:Complete all encounters in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon with a full fireteam of Solar subclasses.
Fire Hazard requires you touse a Solar subclasson every encounter in Ghosts of the Deep. These encounter clears are counted across multiple runs and don’t have to be on the same character. As for subclass builds:
Abyssal Void
Abyssal Void:Complete all encounters in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon with a full fireteam of Void subclasses.
Abyssal Void requires you to beat all encounters of this dungeon with aVoid subclass. For build recommendations:
One Of A Kind
One of a Kind:Complete all encounters in the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon with a full fireteam of the same class.
This particular Triumph requires you tobeat every encounter with a fireteam of the same class. The subclasses each player brings has no bearing on Triumph progress; bring any build you enjoy. For most players, we recommend bringingWarlockssince they have access to Well of Radiance, Bleak Watcher turrets, Arc Souls, and an incredibly powerfulStrand crowd control build.
Sovereign
Sovereign:Complete the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon on Master difficulty.
The Master variant of Ghosts of the Deep features is slightly harder than the Normal variant. Compared to the standard difficulty,Master features added Champions, Surges, Threats, and a -20 Power Delta—comparable to day one raids. Champions includeUnstoppableandBarriervariants.
Thanks to some changes in Lightfall, Master difficulty also comes with some buffs to your character.Surges and Overcharge buff your damage by 25%, allowing you to nearly offset the massive Power restriction. Any weapons with Anti-Champion properties added through your seasonal Artifact will count as Overcharged, giving you a surprising number of loadout options. A good fireteam with cohesive builds should have little issue beating this dungeon on Master.
In Memoriam
In Memoriam:Find and listen to each memory of Darkness throughout the “Ghosts of the Deep” dungeon.
In Memoriam requires you tocollect 12 memory fragments throughout the dungeon. Most of these memories are found during jumping puzzles or after beating an encounter. Since these fragments tend to be quite hidden, we recommend followingYouTuber 360GameTV’s collectible walkthroughthat showcases every location in order. Listen to all 12 memories to finish this Triumph.
