So, why not lessen the difficulty of his journey by equipping him with the necessary skills and tools to combat the dark forces in the galaxy? The Untamed Downs offers a great starting point to begin hunting for loot. You just have to know where to look. Thankfully, we have you covered.
What Types Of Collectibles Will You Find?
There are atotal of 38 collectiblesof various types that you will find throughout the Untamed Downs region of Koboh. The different types are also as follows:
Chest Locations
You’ll find a total ofsix cheststo plunder throughout the Untamed Downs.
Description
Reward
FromRambler’s Reach, headacross the riverand to the right where you will find a pathway between two rocky ridges.
Head to the outcropping on the left side of the pathwhere you will see a red chest sitting on a ledge.
Use the Electric Bolt (if you have obtained it in the main storyline)to shoot at the battery across the gap from the chest to unlock it.
Jacket (Hunter)
From the above-mentioned chest,turn around and head toward the circular doorin the rock wall.
On the wallto the right of it, you will find an openingwhere you canshoot a shock chargethrough to a battery in order to open it. Inside is a chest.
BD-1 Legs (Swooper)
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open area.Head to the field below the crashed ship.
Here, you’ll find another red chest that requires theElectric shock dartfrom BD-1. Follow the red wiring to the battery below and use the shock dart to open it.
Blaster Grip (Arakyd Heavy)
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open field. Stay to the right side of the map until you see asmall opening for a base.
It will contain several roller mines and have a green force field.Activate the machine on the left to retrieve a roller mine droid. Thenhave the droid follow youas you head out of the base.
Lead the droid right down a path until you see a small caveyou can head into on the rock wall on the right. Lead it through until you can find adestructible wallyou can toss it at. Inside this room is a chest.
Full Lightsaber (Santari Kri)
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open area. Keep right until yousee a cave on a ledge that you can’t reach.Grab a Nekko and use it to jump into the cave.
Usethe vines in this cave to climb to a higher ledge. Head toward the opening that leads outside.Once outside on the ledge, turn right and wall runto a new ledge to find this chest.
BD-1 Sensors (Geonosian)
Grab a Nekko and follow the river between theUntamed DownsandRambler’s Reachto acave at the end. A Bilemaw will be laying in front of the entrance in the water.
Onceinside, use the Nekko to jump to a higher leveltofind an NPC to speak to.Use the Force to convince him to abandon his gear, and then you may collect this chest.
Jacket (Mountaineer)
Treasure Locations
There is a total ofsix Treasuresto find in this area. So, if you’re angling to scoop up all of Doma and Zee’s stock, be sure to run through this list.
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, jump down to the lower level. Immediately look into thewaterfall behind you, andyou’ll see a treasure to pick up.
Priorite Shard
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open field.
Keep to the left side of the area until you reach the ruinsthat lead to a High Republic chamber.
On the bottom layer of the ruins is a pile of rocks you can useForce Lifton to unearth a treasure.
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open area.
Across from the path you’re taking you’ll find a ship that has crashedon a cliff edge.
Approach it from theleft sideto reveal a spot you can useForce Liftto unearth aPriorite Shard.
If you reach the top of themountainous area in the middleof theUntamed Downsclosest to the river bank, you’ll find on the side closest to Rambler’s
Reach that there is anarea where you can drop to the grassy groundlevel. There is arocky pillar with a ledge containing a treasurethat you can drop to first before heading the rest of the way down.
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open area.Head to the field below the crashed ship. Inside the rock outcropping, youwill see an area with a green force field.
Grab a Nekko and use it to jump high enough that you can dash throughthe force field. Wall jump on the other side to reach a rock ledge containing this treasure.
Datadisc
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open area. Keep right until yousee a cave on a ledge that you can’t reach.
Grab a Nekko and use it to jump into the cave. Usethe vines in this cave to climb to a higher ledge. Once on the ledge,turn around and jump to the path acrossfrom it to find a treasure.
Force Essence Locations
There aretwo Force Essence locationsto take note of in the Untamed Downs region.
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, jump across the ravine and head down the path until you reach a point to slide down.
It’ll drop you in an area with some monsters to fight. Once they are defeated, there is aForce Essence located beneath a waterfall in the back of this area.
Skill Point
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open field.Along the right, you will find an opening for an old base.
Head inside anddash through the green force field. At the end of the tunnel is aLegendary Droideka enemy. Defeat it and head into the red-lit room next to it where you’ll find thisForce Essence.
Health Essence
Databank Locations
The Untamed Downs Region will add a bit of heft to your Databank with a total of14 locations to investigate for Databank entries.
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, jump across the ravine and follow the path.
On the right, you’ll find somebig orange mushrooms with some junkleaning against the wall. BD-1 can scan this.
BD-1 Scan
From the BD-1 Scan above, head further down the path until youslide into an area with beastsyou must defeat.
On the wall behind you, you’ll see somevines you can climb up. Follow them to a ledge where you can access aForce Echo in a tunnel.
Force Echo
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, jump down to the lower level and head to the corner with pools of water to find an area for BD-1 to scan.
If you’refacing the ruins with the High Republic Chamber doornear Fort Kah’lin,turn aroundto look across the field and see an alcove with a glow. That is aForce Echoyou can pick up.
After completing the main storyline, there is awhite tower that emerges in the center of the Untamed Downs.
Travel to the rocky peak at thebase of the tower. Around the back side, you’ll find analcovewith aForce Echoinside.
FromRambler’s Reach, if youhead toward the river, cross it, and then follow it rightuntil you reach a rock outcropping with passageways underneath on your left, head underneath this area to find a circular door with aForce Echonext to it.
On the right, you will find an old baseentrance with agreen force fieldat the back of the bay.On the right side is a Force Echo. Watch out, as there are a lot of explosive roller droids.
In the same base as above,dash through the green force field. Along theright side of this tunnel, you will find abig metal bin on some railingthat you can scan on the right side.
From theabove BD-1 scan,head further into the tunnel into a door on the rightto find a legendary enemy and some droids.
Defeat them, then access thesmall room on the left side with red lighting. Near a computer system, BD-1 can scan.
From the prior BD-1 scan, turn around and head back into the room where youfought the Legendary Droideka.
On theopposite wall from the red-lit roomare some junk and clothes on the ground that BD-1 can scan.
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open field. Stay to the right side of the map until you see asmall opening for a base. It will contain several roller mines and have a green force field.
Activate the machine on the left to retrieve a roller mine droid. Thenhave the droid follow youas you head out of the base.Lead the droid right down a path until you see a small caveyou can head into on the rock wall on the right.
Lead it through until you can find adestructible wallyou can toss it at. Inside this room is a chest with aForce Echonext to it.
Grab a Nekko and use it to jump into the cave. In the back on the lower level is a wall that you can scan.
Onceinside, use the Nekko to jump to a higher levelwhere an NPC is sitting on a chest you can collect.Across from the chest is another pathway with vinesyou can cut through to find aForce Echo.
In thesame caveas mentioned above with the Force Echo above,head to the lowest leveland intothe furthest point in the backof the cave to find animal bones and a point that BD-1 can scan.
Seed Pod Locations
For aspiring botanists, there are10 Seed Podsto track down in the Untamed Downs region.
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open area. Where thedirt path splits into two directions, just beyond that is abush containing a Seed Pod.
Bluebell Squish: Dathomirian Red
From theUntamed Downs Meditation Point, turn around and head out into the open field. Find thecrashed ship on the ledge.
Jump on top of the ship to reach a small stone towerto the right of it. Thenjump again to reach a new plateau.Climb the ledges to reach the toparea where there will beseven Seed Podsto harvest.
Immediatelyhead right to find three close togetheron the edge of the plateau.Follow the edgearound to find the remainder along the same path.
Bluebell Squish
Immediatelyfurther past the chest along the ledgeisa bush that can be harvested.
Palm Fruit Shell
Across the river from the Nekko barn in Rambler’s reachis a ridge with a bush that can be harvested.
Spine Fluff
