Affinity Growth Unlock Kits remain crucial inXenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemed. They give you access to each character’s skill trees, allowing you to upgrade and improve them. However, you aren’t required to collect the unlock kits, so you could miss them if you don’t know where to search.

You can make it easier as you go through a guide, showing you where you can find the unlock kits. Ensure you go through them, learn how to reach the locations, and start your journey to fully upgrade your characters to take on the game’s strongest monsters.
You can’t get all of them until youreach the last area of the game, which is the fifth area. Ensure you reach that point to avoid potential spoilers.

You must start theEther Lift Research questto reach this point, so reference the guide. After completing the quest,start at the Declessa Altar Landmark.
Continue west across the bridge, then make your way south, up a vine. Go east until you can’t anymore, and continue north, whereyou’ll encounter the Fograptor D’nari.
Go to the northeast corner of this upper platform andjump to the lower rock area to the east.
Follow the ridge east, and you’ll reach theSacred Water Cavern Secret Area. Open the relic to the north to get it.

Even though it’s in the Aurora Shelf, you muststart at the Yesterdale Outlook Park Landmark.
Hop into the water to the west, and make your waywest through the underground tunnels.
Continue this way, and use the Ether Slide to reach the Aurora Slide.Once you reach the area,travel east to get the relicand kit.

Go to the Three-Pillar Transept Ruins Landmark and travel west of it tofall into a hole. Walk down the east staircase and find the relic in that room.

Start by accepting The Running Automaton quest. It’seast of the Command Center, in the Ruined Tower Square.
Simply travelsoutheast of the Ruined Tower Squareafter accepting the quest, toward the east side of the Ruined Anti-Air Battery 3.
You’ll come across the Automaton and must defeat it.Have your party at level 22to make this fight easy.
Focus onusing your Break, Topple, and Launch combosto unleash Unity Combos and Chain Attacks.
Aftercompleting the quest, you’ll get the unlock kit as a reward.

Travel northeast of the location where youfinished the Running Automaton quest.
Go onto the island andfollow the north edge and climb the rocks. Jump across the rocks along the island’s edge, and you’ll find the unlock kit.

Go to the Riku’s Workshop Landmark. Enter the workshop andgo up the staircase. Enter the room to the east to reach the relic with the unlock kit.

You mustcomplete the nine bulletin board queststo start this one. Go to the board in the Command Center, and the quests will appear on your map, making them easy to locate and finish.
You only get three of them at a time. Once you finish the quests,you’ll unlock Linka’s Birthday as a quest.
This quest will have you travel to the Ragmos Desolation,northeast of the Raguel Bridge.
You’ll find a level 39 monster, soas long as you’re about level 40, it’ll be an easy fight.
Return to Yesterdale and go to the Canteen in theCentral Plaza’s northeast corner. Watch the cutscene, finish the quest, and get the kit.

Begin at the Fallen Gate of Ulcaria.Enter the valley to the northeast.
Continue east andgo around the north side of the Oracle Spire. Go to the area’s northeast corner, and you’ll find it on the ground.

Travel to the Ulcar Monument Landmark. Go north, past the lake to the east and the Lumos Pillar Remnants. Travel east,near the Lumos Pillar Remnants’ wall, and climb the ladder on the building. You’ll find the unlock kit at the top.

Start at the Lakeside Camp Rest Spot. If you haven’t reached it, start at the Fallen Gate of Ulcaria Landmark.
Go east, thencontinue east off of a cliff. Travel north and reach the Lakeside Camp.
Continue north to the Raguel Lake, and then go to the northwest corner toreach the Waterlogged Daksha Shrine.
It’ll be on the ground in thetop portion of the shrine.

Begin at theRoyal Green Secret Area. If you haven’t discovered it, travel northeast from the Oracle Spire Landmark.
Use the bridge andclimb the stairs to the northeast. Continue up another flight, and follow the path to a ladder.
Take the ladder to the upper level, and go through the southwest tunnel. Once you reach the Royal Green,jump off the west side to the platform below.
If you can’t make the jump, use thedifferent levels below the Royal Greento slowly drop yourself.
Run across the southern pillar and hop to the next one.Stay on this structureand make your way east to get the relic and the unlock kit.
Black Mountains & The 12th Affinity Growth Unlock Kit
The Black Mountains only have one unlock kit for you to find. Go to the Mt. Nagul Viewing Deck Landmark.Hop across the floating platformsto the north and climb the vines to the east.
Continue east up another set of vines, and use more to the east. Run across the area to get the relic with the kit inside.
