Two new mounts were added in this patch — the Burabura Chochin and Shishioji mounts — and if you’re looking to find out how to bag either of these coveted rewards, here’s everything you need to know about them.
How To Get The Shishioji Flute
There are a few ways you can get the new Shishioji mount. First and foremost, it’sa possible reward from the Another Mount Rokkon Criterion Dungeon, and we havea guide on how to unlock this content here.
If you always seem to have the worst luck when it comes to RNG, you’re able to also purchase it fromTrisassantinOld Sharlayanat(X:12.0, Y:13.3)in exchange for100 Shisu coins, which you can earn from Another Mount Rokkon or Another Mount Rokkon (Savage).
Lastly, if you want to forgo having to deal with the content yourself, you’re able to choose to spend your hard-earned gil and justbuy it from the Market Board.
How To Get The Burabura Chochin Whistle
Unlike the Shishioji mount, there’s only one way to get this reward, and that’s to earn it yourself as it’sgiven to those who complete the ‘Mononopeke’ achievement.
This achievement requires you to ‘Unlock all exorcism records on Mount Rokkon.’, which essentially means tocomplete all 12 paths. Once you’ve done this, you can simply redeem the Whistle from the achievement menu.
If you find the Chochin monsters from the new dungeons particularly cute, there’s also anOkuri Chochin minion!
