As you grow your fledgling sushi restaurant business inDave the Diver, you’ll be aiming to rank up through the Cooksta app, increasing your Followers, Researched Recipes, and Best Taste. While it’s pretty straightforward to increase your followers and research new recipes, increasing your Best Taste ranking is a little harder to achieve.

How To Find Out Your Best Taste Rank
If you go into theCooksta appfrom your phone, you can see your current Best Taste scoreunder the ‘Rank Up’ tab.
Trying to achieve the Gold Rank is the first level that requires a Best Taste score, andyou need to reach 125 Best Taste to rank up.
What Is A Best Taste Score?
Your Best Taste score isdictated by the highest-scoring Best Taste dishavailable on your menu. When you go into the menu and select a dish, the icon with the smiley face sticking out its tongue has a number next to it — that is the dish’s Best Taste score, as shown in the image above.
Naturally, dishes with rarer ingredients will have higher base stats, while more common dishes have a lower score.
How To Improve Your Best Taste Score
To reach a Best Taste rank of 125,you must serve a dish in the restaurant with a Best Taste of 125. You can do this by enhancing your dishes!
When you’re in the menu, you can press the button (Ctrl on keyboard, X for controller) to enhance the selected dish.Enhancing a dish will increase its base stats, meaning it will become more expensive and have a higher Best Taste Rank.
Enhancing a dish will cause the ingredients used for enhancement to disappear.
Go through your menu and find your dishes with the highest base Best Taste stat and then enhance one until it’s over 125. You do not need to serve it; you just need to have a dish at 125, and your Best Taste score will be enough to rank up to Gold on the Cooksta app.
You’ll need to reach a Best Taste ranking of 250 for Platinum level, so once you’ve achieved the Gold ranking, start looking for your next best dish!
