Honey is one of the few consumables in the game that will recover a large amount of Mana and Health when consumed. That is why it is important to know what types of honey you can make and how to get them. This guide will go over everything you need to know about Bee Boxes and honey.
Bee Box Overview
The Bee Boxcannot be crafted until you have unlocked the abilityto use one. You have to upgrade yourFarming Skill Treeenough to reach theBeekeeper skill.The Beekeeper skill is a Tier 2 skill. It unlocks the recipe to craft a Bee Box and can be further upgraded only once to increase how often honey is produced.
A Bee Box needs40 Wood Planks, 80 Stone, and 2 Fire Crystalto craft at a Crafting Table.
You can sell a Bee Box for300 coins.
To get a Bee Box to work, you must haveexactly 12 flowers of the same type surrounding it. See the image above for a visual of how flowers should be placed around the Bee Box. There are tons of different flowers in the game, and yes, they can all be used to produce honey. Each flower type will produce a different type of honey.
Types Of Honey
Different types of honey will recover either Mana or Health. Some will recover both upon consumption. Any type of honey is a great item to have in your inventory if you plan on taking a lot of hits or using a lot of magic spells, such as challenging enemies, bosses, orCombat Dungeon levels.
Honey can recover up to 70 Health and 70 Mana. With multiple Bee Boxes working endlessly every day, you should have a good supply of honey for your next adventure.
You canpurchase flower seeds from the Farming Storeto the right of the General Store andBulletin Board in town.
Every flower seed will be available for purchase all year round.Each flower can be planted during any season.
Blue Roses Honey will probably be the easiest honey to create first because you’re able to get theFlower Farm skill in the Farming Skill Tree. The Flower Farm skill can send up to 20 Blue Rose flower seeds to your mailbox every Friday.
Though there are different types of honey, theonly way to get regular pure honey is by using Honey Flowers. These are flowers specifically for making regular honey. Regular honey can also bepurchased from Romana’s Honey Stallfor 600 Coins when she is available in town in her market stall.
Romana will also sell Hibiscus, Blue Rose, Red Rose, and Tulip Honey, depending on when you catch her.
