What Is The Dragon Fruit?
The Dragon Fruit is one of the most valuable plants in The SIms 4. It’s worth a whopping$250 Simoleons, just as a base value. If you tend to it carefully and evolve and fertilize the plantyou can earn up to $695 per plant.It’s also akey ingredient in grafting Cow Berries.
Dragon Fruit used to occasionally be found growing atSan Myshuno festivals, mainly the Spice Festival. This appears to be almost impossible to find these days, but keep an eye out just in case!
However, this fruit doesn’t come easy. You’ll need tolevel your gardening skilland learn how tocut and graft plantsin order to grow a Dragon Fruit.
How To Unlock Cutting And Grafting
The first thing you need to do isget your gardening skill up to level five. All you need for this is apatch of earth, or a planter, as well as some seeds.Basic seed packs can be purchased by using your mobile or a PC.
Alternatively, you canfind various harvestables around the different worlds, or make one of the community lots inEvergreen Harborinto aCommunity Garden.

You’ll findSnapdragonsin theSeasonal Spring Plants and Seasonal Fall Plants seed packets, both of which unlock for purchase atlevel four gardening skill and cost $100.You can also find wild Snapdragonsin all neighborhoods in Willow Creek.
Strawberriescan also be found in theSeasonal Spring Plants seed packet,as well as the cheaper$75 Farmer Flowers and Fruit seed packet,which you can purchase fromgardening level one.You’ll also see wild strawberries in theFoundry Cove, Courtyard Lane and Pendula View neighborhoods of Willow Creek.
It’s best todo this in Spring, as while theSnapdragon also grows in Fall, Strawberries will only grow in Spring.
Alternatively, you canput the plants under cover to grow them in any season.While you’re able to delete the floor to save on planters, you’ll need tosurround them with walls and a roofto protect them from the elements.
How To Graft Plants
Once they are grown simplytake a cutting from the Snapdragon and graft it onto the Strawberry, or vice versa. To do this follow these instructions:

Are There Any Other Ways To Get A Dragon Fruit?
Technically there are a couple of shortcuts. However,leveling and grafting is usually faster and cheaper.This is because the main alternative is tofind a seed in a rare seed packet.
Rare seed packets can only bepurchased with level ten gardening skill, and cost $1,000 a packet.The contents are valuable, but it could still take a few packets to find what you want. If you want to choose this route you canpurchase them by checking the Outdoor Activities category in Build Mode.
