In addition to building a magnificent theme park inPark Beyond, you will be able to make your wildest dreams come true, through a little process called Impossification. This process makes the target bigger and better, and can be applied to shops, rides, and even staff members.

If you are looking to Impossify the workers in your park, you’ve come to the right place. Here, we are going to take a look at how to Impossify your staff, and what the benefits are. First, let’s take a look at the potential staff members that you can hire to keep your park running.
Types Of Staff Members
In total, there are four types of staff members that you can hire.Below, you can check out each staff type, and what tasks they perform.

How To Hire Staff
From the bar on the left-hand side of the screen, you will see several icons. Near the bottom, you will see green icons, with one being shaped like a person wearing a hat;this is where you can manage your staff.
In this menu, you can see all your staff with some statistics shown, as well asa box on the right-hand side that shows your hiring options.To hire a new member of the team, simplyclick on the worker type that you want,and they will be added to the list of employees.
You can adjust their pay, as well as their duties. By clicking on ‘Gear’,you will see a list of the duties,with a toggle switch. For example, if you want a janitor to only focus on cleaning toilets, you canset that as their only duty.
Impossifying A Staff Member
To Impossify anything, you will first need toclick the Pencil icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.If you have at least one ‘charge’ of this Impossification Pencil, a new overlay will appear, showing what you can currently Impossify.
While in this menu, you will also see a little key showing how much each Impossification costs. To Impossify a staff member,you will just need one full charge.If you have this, you can click on any staff member to see what their potential upgrade is.
When you spot a staff member that you want to Impossify,click on them while in the Impossification overlay.An Impossification upgrade will appear, as well as a new upkeep cost. If you are happy with what you see,follow the prompt in the center of the screen to complete the Impossification process.
Your staff member will transform and gain new equipment. Additionally, they will now have anupkeep fee that you need to pay.Usually, this fee isn’t too much. If you are looking to Impossify a lot of staff at the same time though, this will start to add up.
Benefits Of Impossification
Impossifying your staff will become more efficient. For example,an Impossified Janitor may clean quicker, covering more ground in a short amount of time.Impossified staff willhave new visual effectsas well. Above, you can see a janitor cleaning a trashcan in a very bright manner.
In the early phases of your park, you may not have access to a wide variety of staff Impossification options, but over time, you can unlock more. By leveling up your park, you willunlock new buildings, rides, and staff Impossification choices.
For example, you’re able to eventuallyunlock the Vitruvia Vinci.This is an ‘Impossified exosuit’ that fits theDaVinci park theme.When unlocked, you can apply it to Entertainers in your park.
Overall, you can Impossify as many staff members as you want! You just need to be sure that you have enough monthly income to pay your employees.
