Blasphemous 2has many elements in its combat system that enable you to experiment with various builds by trying out different Altarpieces and Rosary Beads. Still, the secret star of the show is the exceptionally potent Prayers that can eliminate even the most formidable foes in the blink of an eye.

Unfortunately, Prayers require Fervor, a resource severely limited in the early goings of your journey. The good news, however, is that you can drastically increase your max Fervor by gathering and handing in Fervent Kisses to Besamanos in the Streets of Wake, making obtaining all five feel mandatory and worth your efforts.
Fervent Kiss One Location
Ourfirst Fervent Kissis in thePalace of the Embroideriesdungeon, near thesoutheast section and in the room just before the shortcut leading to the Choir of Thornsregion. Upon entering this room, you will see apinkish-red item on the ground.
Pick the itemup to haveenemies spawn into the room.Clearing theseveral waves of enemieswill grant you yourfirst Fervent Kiss,enabling you totake it back to Besamanostoraise your Fervor by 30,taking it from150 to 180!
Fervent Kiss Two Location
ThenextFervent Kissrequires you topossess the Passage of Ash(Double Jump)Movement Abilityto obtain it, as it is located in theRepose of the Silent Oneregion, where your journey started.
Uponreaching theregion’s Prie-Dieu, head west, ascend up the rock platforms, and take the northwest exit.Follow this pathway until yourun into the second Fervent Kiss on the ground.Return the to theStreets of Wakesandhand it over to Besamanosfor another+30 to your Fervor,taking it from180 to 210!
Fervent Kiss Three Location
From thewestmost Prie-Dieuin theElevated Templeregion, you can find thethird Fervent Kisson anisolated platform within the leftmost shaftof the area. However, abreakable floor will be above it,blocking your pathway to it.
To obtain this Fervent Kiss,take the two ladders in the rightmost shaft,thenhead left until you are above the breakable floorand the Fervent Kiss. Switch to theRuego Al Alba,thendrop through the floor and immediately perform the downward slamto break through the ground.
Aim slightly to the right to land on the isolated platform,allowing you tograb and obtain the third Fervent Kiss.From here,return yet again to Besamanosto receive another+30 to your overall Fervor,bringing it from210 to 240!
Fervent Kiss Four Location
Fervent Kiss number fouris easily themost involved oneand resides in the peskyTwo Moonsdungeon. First,head to the region’s inverted area,then go to thenortheast portion of the dungeon,in theelongated room with the Statue at the bottom.
Once in this room,interact with the Statue and raise the lift until it is level with the bottom of the breakable wallin the middle column, directly to the left of the lift.Stop using the Statue once the lift is positioned correctly,thenmake your way to the room on your left.
Fountain Pathing Guide One
Since youcannot jump and reach the lift, you must get above it using the Fountains.So,use the Fountain in the room left of the Statue,placing you at therightmost Fountain located near the center of the normal versionof the dungeon.
From here, you want tonavigate to the Fountain directly across from the one you’re currently at, the one on the left-hand sideof your map. you’re able to find adiagram of the path you must take in the image above.TheBlue Square represents the starting point,with theOrange X representing your goal!
Fountain Pathing Guide Two
Afterreaching the leftmost Fountainin the normal portion of the dungeon, you will betaken to the leftmost Fountain in the inverted partof the dungeon. From here, you will need tomake your way to the area above the lift you’ve positionedwith the Statue at the beginning of this guide.
Thediagram above showcases the pathway you must take to reach the area just above the lift.TheBlue Square represents your starting point,with theOrange X representing your goal.Don’t get too hasty here. Just reach the area marked on the map above and follow the next steps!
Obtaining The Fourth Fervent Kiss
Now that you’re above the liftyou positioned near the breakable wall earlier, you will need toequip the Ruego Al Alba and perform a downward slam onto the liftto break open the wall.
Before performing the downward slam, ensure you are aligned with the dotted trail of the lift,or you willmiss it entirely, causing you to retrace the steps needed to get back aboveit. However,if you are successful with the downward slam, the wall will break open,enabling you to enter the center column.
Within the center column is the fourth Fervent Kiss,enabling you toturn it over to Besamanosfor another+30 to your maximum Fervor,taking you from240 to 270!
Fervent Kiss Five Location
Lastly, thefifth and final Fervent Kissis found in theStreets of Wakesand is located in the areajust to the right of the Merchant in the northwest portionof the region. For this Fervent Kiss, you willneed to have both the Passage of Ash(Double Jump)and Mercy of the Wind(Air Dash) Abilities.
Oncein the area marked on the map above,jump up to theelevated platforms to find a Mirror and a Statue.Before interacting with the Statue,switch to your Sarmiento & Cenelle(Rapiers). After that,activate the Statue to trigger another Mirror to move toward you from the other endof the room.
Jumping Puzzle Guide
From here,jump at the first Mirror and smack it with the Sarmiento & Cenelleto turn into a bolt of electricity,propelling you toward the other Mirroryou just called toward you.Perform a mid-air Jump, then Air Dash to the second Mirror,and hit that onewith your Sarmiento & Cenelle.
This willsend you hurtling toward an elevated platform on the far end of the roomwith an item on it. To reach it,perform another mid-air Jump, then Air Dash toward it.This will eitherhave you land on the platform directly or you will pull yourself up onto it.
If you miss, you might have to delay your Jumps and Dash slightly,but the idea is generally the same. But youwill have to perform the steps above again.Once you know what to do, you will undoubtedly get it on your second or third try!
Pick the item up to receive thefifth and final Fervent Kiss,enabling you toturn it into Besamanostomax out your Fervorby addinganother +30to it, taking it from270 to a clean 300.You canfurther extend the use and power of Fervor via Altarpieces of Favourto make Prayers much more potent and take advantage of your dramatically increased Fervor limit!
