The Summoner Archetype is a great example of this diversity since it offers an exciting gameplay option. However, like the Engineer, unlocking and using the Summoner Archetype requires completing a series of tasks.

How To Unlock The Summoner Archetype In Remnant 2

First, progress enough through the main campaign to haveYaesha, as all the necessary tasks must be completed in that world.

Once you are there, check if theBlood Moon Eventis happening. This can easily be recognized bythe crimson effect on the moon and its surroundings.

To trigger the Blood Moon Event, you can either fast-travel back and forth orkill the Doewhen the Ravager asks you to do so—no need to reroll the campaign.

Before you may find theBloodmoon Altarand unlock theSummoner Archetype, watch for Root Wisps in your surroundings. These non-hostile enemies are easily recognizable by theirfloating presence and purple glow. Shoot and loot the few you will encounter tocollect the 15 Blood Moon Essence you needbefore proceeding to the Bloodmoon Altar.

Tofarm Blood Moon Essence, you’re able to change locations back and forth, causing the Root Wisps to respawn.

An accurate and deadly single-shot weapon, ideal for precise medium-range engagements.

MP60-R

An efficient handgun good for close-range combat, featuring a compact size and a rapid rate of fire.

Rebellion Spear

A high-damage weapon excelling in ranged combat, best for direct damage and effectiveness in one-on-one encounters.

Knotted Helm

Part of the Knotted armor set, they are built for durability, resilience, and Toxin resistance.

Each Archetype includes a uniquePrime Perk,a specific Trait, and a startingSkill. Adding to that, you receivetwo additional Skillsatlevel 5andlevel 10, while theTrait can be fully upgraded at level 10.

Grants 30 percent increase in Damage, Attack Speed, and Movement Speed for 20 seconds after attacking Minions.

Press skill button: Costs 15 percent of Max HP to summon a Root Hollow. Maximum two Hollow.

Hold skill button: Sacrifice a Root Hollow to explode and deal 150 damage within 5 meters.

Minion: Flyer

Press skill button: Costs 10 percent of Max HP to summon a Root Flyer. Maximum two Flyer.

Hold skill button: Sacrifice Root Flyer to explore and deal 50 damage within 3 meters. Spawn additional three homing projectiles to explode on contact and deal 150 damage per each.

Minion: Reaver

Press skill button: Costs 35 percent of Max HP to summon a Root Reaver. Maximum one Reaver.

Hold skill button: Sacrifice a Root Reaver to explode and deal 200 damage within 6 meters. Spawn additional Spore Bombs explode on contact and deal 200 damage per each.

Damage Perk

While a Minion is summoned, 3.5 percent increased Mod and Skill Damage.

When sacrificing a Minion, 3 percent increased Ranged and Melee Damage for 30 seconds.

Team Perk

Residue

Expired Minions leave a healing aura that generates 2.5 Health per second for 10 seconds.

Utility Perk

Outrage

For each sacrificed Minion, gain 3 percent Lifesteal for 10 seconds.

Relic Perk

Incite

When using a Relic Charge, grant 5 percent Max HP and 15 percent Damage increase for Minions.
