Saints Rowisn’t an incredibly serious game. The story and tone are relatively light-hearted. And while roaming the open world, you’re encouraged to cause as much chaos as possible. It’s just all about having fun.
So, you don’t need to feel bad about using some cheats in this sort of game. After all, they’re mainly there to enhance your enjoyment more than making the game easier. However, before you can use them, you need to know how to do that, as the game doesn’t throw the cheating mechanic in your face. Thankfully, all you need to know is right here.

How To Use Cheats
After youfinish the opening missionwhere you work with Marshall, you getaccess to your phone and, more importantly, the cheats app.
So,open up your in-game phoneand click theblue icon with the superhero-like eye maskon it. This takes you to the cheats that will already be unlocked. From there, you can justclick on any to activate them.
Clean Cheats
There aretwo different types of cheats in Saints Row.
Theclean ones only impact the game in a small way.Therefore, you can continue on like normal while using them.
Here is a list ofeach cheat and what they do:
Makes Pedestrians More Aggressive.
Pratfall
Allows You To Ragdoll Using The Shoot Button, a la Insurance Fraud.
Adds A Black And White Filter Over Everything.
Adds A Green Night Vision Filter Over Everything.
Screen Effect - Noir
Makes The Game Look Like A Classic Noir Film By Changing The Color Of The Screen And Adding Effects To Make It Seem Like It’s Filled On An Old Camera.
Changes The Visuals To An Older Graphics Style.
Screen Effect - Vaporwave
Changes The Visuals To A Vaporwave Art-Style, Meaning Most Things Are Bright Pink.
Screen Effect - Sepia
Changes Everything To The Sepia Color, Making It Look Like An Old Western.
Screen Effect - Steamboat
Makes The Game Look Like Steamboat Willie In Regards To Color. Plus, Everyone Bounces Up And Down Like Characters From That Short Film.
Spawn A Fog.
Dirty Cheats
Dirty Cheatssignificantly impact the game. As such, you’re not allowed to save when using them, nor are you able to achieve any achievement/trophy progression.

Increases The Spawn Frequency Of Fancy Cars.
Big Wheels
Spawns More Monster Trucks, Which Have No Concern For Other Cars On The Road.
Instantly Spawns Your Favorite Vehicle.
Mass Effect
Increases The Mass Of Cars, Meaning They Don’t Move About As Much When Hit With Things.
Forces Other Drivers To Ignore Traffic Lights And Stop Signs.
