Pokemon Scarlet & Violet’s open-world adventure has three different narratives to discover - take on the eight gyms to become the Champion, help Arvengather Herba Mysticaby battling Titan Pokemon, and confront Team Star at their bases.

Completing the main story in Paldea will take you around 32 hours, but you can add another 15 hours if you take your time exploring and catching more Pokemon along the way. Black & White’s story involves Team Plasma, a villain organization that wants to ‘free’ Pokemon from their Trainers by taking them by force. After receiving your first Pokemon from Professor Juniper, you meet a mysterious Trainer named N on your travels, who reveals himself as the King of Team Plasma.

Unraveling this plot takes around 33 hours, but the games also have various other activities you can do, such as catching N’s Pokemon and taking part in Pokemon Musicals, which will increase your playtime to around 62 hours. 59 Hours

Set in the Alola region,Pokemon Sun & Moonsees you traveling across the four main islands to stop Team Skull, though you learn that Lusamine and the Aether Foundation are the real problems.

Unlike other Pokemon games, Sun & Moon had afresh take on Gym battlesand the Pokemon League, with the use of Island Trials instead. Pokemon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moontake place in an alternate reality to Sun & Moon, where another plotline involving the addition of Necrozma and the Ultra Recon Squad was added to the game. Surprisingly, this extra narrative only increased the main story by one hour compared to Sun & Moon.

These games also had different postgame content from the original games. Rather than justcatching Ultra Beasts, you can take on Rainbow Rocket, which involves battling previous antagonists from across the series, including Cyrus, Lysandre, and Giovanni.
