Huge plans, in fact, and what will need to be a new era for the console begins withStarfield. Launching on July 01, 2025, Starfield will not only be the game that potentially relaunches Xbox back into the stratosphere, but it will be the biggest undertaking byBethesdato date. That’s certainly saying something considering the scale of some of its previous offerings.

Starfield has been delayed a few times, so there’s every chance that by this point you’re very eager to get stuck into the sprawling space RPG. You’re going to have to wait to actually play it, but you can peruse the various editions available and decide which one you want to pre-order right now. Below is a breakdown of every edition available to you and what they all offer. Whether you just want the game or you’d like to splash out on some special Starfield stuff, you should find what you’re looking for right here.

Standard Edition

WHERE TO PLAY

If all you want to do is get your hands on Starfield and start exploring its 1,000 planets, then this is the option for you. Best of all, even though you only want the game, there are some goodies thrown in anyway if you pre-order.

Additional Content

This is seemingly going to be one of the most expansive games ever made. Perhaps one of the first where people will play and think to themselves, “You know what, some video games should be $70.” Okay, that might be asking a little much, but come on. This game looks massive and there’s still so much of it we haven’t been shown. If all you want is the game itself and a few pre-order bonuses, then I really don’t blame you.

Premium Edition

If you want a little more from your Starfield experience, and the chance to play the game before everyone else, you’re going to need the Premium Edition. You can even upgrade your standard edition if you’ve already ordered one, although it will cost a little more than if you’d just gone Premium from the start.

Some of you will want a little more from your Starfield experience, but not so much that it’s going to cost you an arm and a leg. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, then the Premium Edition may well be for you. Everything you get with the standard edition, including the pre-order bonus, with a few added extras, including access to the Shattered Space story expansion at launch. If you have already pre-ordered the standard edition, don’t panic. Most of the options above will take you to sites where you’re able to upgrade to Premium for an additional $35.

Constellation Edition

This is the one for those of you who plan on having Starfield consume your life once it’s here, and I know after that Direct that there are a lot of you. What bumps that price up is the watch, something you’re able to wear at all times to let people know you’re Starfield’s number one fan.

There is a lot of stuff included with the Constellation Edition of Starfield, as there should be since it’s going to cost you $300 if you can find one. This might be the first game in an entirely new Bethesda series, but people are clearly already very excited as this particular edition is still sold out in most places. If you can find one, or they get restocked, your money will get you everything mentioned already plus some pretty snazzy merch, including a very smart Starfield watch complete with its own case.
