Sure, it isn’t the runway modeling type of clothes you wear, rather these articles of fashion come with love and care sewn into the folds and creases of each piece. While some of these you’re able to certainly buy from Van and his wares, it means so much more when they’re given with love.

8The Default Outfits
Your default beginner outfitis tried and true, the rock-solid support that will get you even through the harshest of harvesting seasons, which when starting, usually is pretty harsh. Still, at least you get to pick your starting outfit in the game, so you can look cute while struggling to clear out your giant field.
The best part? Whichever pieces of clothing you didn’t pick for your debut at the farm, you may find inside Van’s traveling shop for a mere 500g. So really, you get the best of both having a cute outfit to start in and options to change fairly early in the game.
7Colored Overalls
What’s cuter than a pair of simple overalls while you’re tending to your chores? Overalls with cute yet coordinated splashes of color over your white outfit. It’s giving some seriously cute and handy vibes when paired with your favorite color plaid shirt.
These townsfolk are pretty country chic, aren’t they? Take Charlie for example.A fireworks expert along with his twin brother Cole, he is more than willing to party with this trendy outfit, and it isn’t going to cost any G, the currency of the game.
What does he want? A simple bowl of Bibimbap, a rice dish with all kinds of ingredients on top. So, not only does he have an eye for fashion, but he has great taste in food as well.
6Denim Denim Denim
A good pair of denim jeans is important no matter what path of life a person is walking on. Whether you’re a farmer, or just some guy working at a nondescript building, a good pair of jeans will make you feel good about your outfit.
So of course, if you add more denim, the better you feel, right?

Well, that’s what Denim Denim Denim believes in! By combining the cute look of a skirt with the functionality of a pair of pants, everything you love about the feeling of denim is amplified 100-fold with this outfit. Van of course is the one who is selling youthis masterpiece of fashion, and you’ll be the talk of the town for years to come in this getup.
5Cow-Digen
It feels like cheating to add an outfit to the list that is DLC, but look at this sweater! How can you not think the Cow-digan (like a cardigan) isn’t the cutest thing to wear? It captures the essence of bovine beautifully with its accurate black patches while making you look like the cutest farmer.
This and other seasonal outfits can be purchased for a small fee. A shame, but just like the seasons, the time for harvest is often fleeting, so you have to grab it when you can.
Granted, it does come with three other outfits to play around with but come on, you know you want to graze with the best of them in your Cow-digan.
4I love Bears
Once you do, he’ll ask you to gather ten different bear-themed items from all types of tasks, like hunting or fishing.
Once you complete the slightly time-consuming quest, you’ll be rewarded with a bright magenta-heavy bottom coupled with a simple T-shirt that subtly declares your love for the majestic creatures with an adorable teddy version on the front. This cute outfit is also available at Van’s store starting Spring Year 3.
3Dark And Mysterious
The name alone makes your ears perk up at the mere mention of the Dark and Mysterious outfit. What makes it dark? What makes it mysterious? No one around has the answer to these questions, but that’s part of the allure of the outfit.
Even Gotz, the person you get the request to unlock the outfit, is a mystery himself. Only appearing at night inside a dark forest raises more questions than answers.

Once you get your hands on the outfit though, the mystery deepens further. How can an outfit as simple as this brown shirt and khakis cause such an uproar?
Well, uproar might be exaggerating a little, but it doesn’t take away from the fact that this outfit has a past, and now you are the newest one to slay as your try and solve it.
2Nature Sprite Outfit
Wonders are a new feature within Story of Season and act as rewards for your character as thanks from the Nature Sprites for doing your part in reviving a goddess and attempting to return it to the Spring of the Forest. What you’re doing in actuality isn’t much, but it’s honest work.
You can do anything from feeding your livestock a certain number of times to speaking to a certain person several times.
After you grind both easy and difficult wonders to obtain, you’ll end up inside a green, jolly number complete with a Christmas-like cap to wear on your head when you’re feeling extra. Wearing it puts you in the mood to be a little extra giving with your neighbors, and they’re surely going to appreciate an elf-like character giving them their favorite foods every day.
1Striped Sweater
This unassuming outfit has the honor of being called one of the best, and most expensiveoutfits you can buy from Van. However, Van isn’t going to let the best outfit get wasted on someone who doesn’t have the style and confidence to wear it appropriately.
So, you’ll have to meet a style points checkpoint with at least twenty style points to even look at this design.
Whether you’re about to toil away at your fields, or about to lounge on the couch to relax, this outfit will make you look casual and stylish at the same time, and is highly sought after by other players, who want to run around looking their very best. At the hefty cost of 100,000g, you’ll be saving up a long time before getting your hands on these threads.
