Lumen Intensity is awesome for many reasons, but the skill’s increased radius can turn Dev from a minor controller to a major powerhouse in the game. It’ll help you stun-lock a few extra vampires, especially if you’re going through a dungeon.
5Layla - Rain Collector
Rain Collector’s main purpose is to essentially siphon all of the damage that is done to your Umbrella, and then convert it into ammo for you to utilize.

Consider investing in Rain Collector because it is an excellent skill to replenish your ammo when you’re running low.
