FIFA 23continues the Ultimate Team (FUT) tradition of releasing Team Of The Season (TOTS) special cards for the most prolific performers in the sport. These rare special cards are available in waves, with each major league getting a full week to celebrate their team and receive the cards in packs.

Playing FUT during this period is particularly exciting as you can pull these extraordinary players from packs and use them in your own squad. Even if you’re new, there are plenty of simple objectives to complete that will eventually earn you one of the best TOTS players. Even if you missed the chance to pack one of these cards, you can always purchase them via the market to try one for yourself.
10Rafael Leao – 97 Overall
Rafael Leao is a fantastic player and may beone of the best wingers in FIFA 23in addition to being one of the best TOTS selections. His Pace is simply perfect, and his Shooting stats are also sublime, with 97s in both Finishing and Shot Power.
His build isn’t perfect for quick, agile movements, but his Strength should help you out-muscle opponents who come in tight to challenge for possession. Leao’s weak foot can sometimes let you down, but his finesse shots are surprisingly good on either foot.
He will slot into any Serie A team beautifully.
9Eder Militao – 95 Overall
Eder Militao’s TOTS card is simplyone of the best Center Backs in FIFA 23, boasting a near-perfect stat distribution for the position. His Pace will help him track back against even the fastest Strikers, while his Physicality will hold off menaces like TOTS Harry Kane, or Shapeshifters Frank Rijkaard.
Militao offers excellent links to Real Madrid and Brazilian players, with both categories brimming with top-tier meta options to choose from. He is nearly perfect in the air due to his excellent Heading stat and 6'1" frame that can dominate headers.
8Theo Hernandez – 94 Overall
Theo Hernandez’s work rates tell you exactly what to expect from this lightning-quick Left Back: offense. If you’ve used any of Theo’s other cards then you’ll know just how rapidly he can move up and down the wing.
However, this card might just be the best TOTS Left Back in any league, as his Pace and offensive creativity are unmatched, and his defensive stats are excellent. His French links will be excellent for a variety of popular players in your Ultimate Team, although Milan isn’t the best option for the team.
However, if you also have Rafael Leao, these two simply must be on your left side.
7Pedri – 95 Overall
Pedri’s incredible performances in real life are only exceeded by how incredible his FIFA 23 TOTS card is. Asone of the best midfielders available, Pedri faces stiff competition but comes out ahead of many other options due to his perfect skill moves and weak foot.

In-game, Pedri glides around on the ball and features tight, responsive turning that will allow you to avoid tackles and scamper away from challenges. However, Pedri’s Physicality isn’t very high, so you need to play with that minor weakness.
If you can find the spaces and dribble past opponents, Pedri will finish most chances with unbelievable ease.
6Marcus Rashford – 95 Overall
If you’re running a Premier League team, then there are few options for your left side that compare with Marcus Rashford. The Manchester United star boasts an excellent TOTS card that features access to every skill move in the game.
In-game, Rashford’s unique body type allows him to move completely differently than other players. These animations make him a difficult player to come up against If you haven’t memorized his moves.
He’s got Pace to burn and absolutely unreal Shooting capabilities to complement his wonderful link set.
5Jamal Musiala – 97 Overall
Much like Pedri, Jamal Musiala is an absolute powerhouse in the midfield, though he takes on a much more attacking role than his fellow young star. While both Pedri and Musiala can function offensively, Musiala specializes in it, boasting unreal Agility and very good Shooting for a midfield player.
Musiala’s tall and lean body type makes him a bit stronger on the ball than Pedri, in addition to his respectable Physicality stats. Though his weak foot isn’t five stars, he is very dependable and consistent.
His outside-the-boot shots are deceptive and will wow you when they float in from outside the box.
4Victor Osimhen – 97 Overall
Victor Osimhen might have an argument forthe best Striker in the game, but this will largely depend on how he shares links in your team, or if he fits at all. In a vacuum, there’s no denying that Osimhen moves at a rapid pace and has equally impressive Shooting prowess to make the most of his chances.
Aside from the off-the-charts stats, Osimhen’s perfect weak foot enables him to take any shot presented to him without fear of scuffing it. His work rates are ideal for a Striker and his height allows him to take things to the air if needed.
Whether with the left, right, or with his head, Osimhen is a triple threat and will pull off some incredible plays for you.
3Jude Bellingham – 97 Overall
Not only does Jude Bellingham have one of the best TOTS cards in FIFA 23, but he may just be the best Bundesliga player, period. High/High work rates are not to be underestimated, as they keep Bellingham engaged on both sides of the ball.
Given his well-rounded stats, this maximizes his impact on the match.

Bellingham is two-footed as well, which is perhaps one of the best qualities a midfielder can have, if not the best. His Passing, Dribbling, Defense, and Physicality are all top-tier and among the highest values possible.
Simply put, Bellingham exhibits no weaknesses in his play and will elevate your team.
2Neymar Jr – 96 Overall
Another year means the inevitable release of another broken Neymar card to dominate your opponents. This team, Neymar’s Team Of The Season Moments is the culprit, offering an unparalleled combination of Pace, Dribbling, Passing, and Shooting that would make Messi blush.
His unique body type and animations make Neymar a nuisance to get the ball from, but this card takes things up a notch. Five-Star skill moves and weak foot means that Neymar can move around the pitch about as smoothly as possible.
Neymar definitely favors a skill move-oriented playstyle, so he may not necessarily be for you, but his ceiling is sky-high.
1Kylian Mbappe – 97 Overall
Who better to claim the crown of best TOTS player in FIFA 23 than the cover boy himself, Kylian Mbappe? However, the title is well-deserved if you’ve given even a cursory glance to his stats or tried him out in-game.
Mbappe boasts 99sin Acceleration, Sprint Speed, Reactions, Agility, Dribbling, and Finishing, just to name some.
In addition to his stats, Mbappe also flaunts a unique body type that allows him to perform actions in a way that other players cannot. These unique animations often contribute to the mythology that Mbappe has special hidden abilities in-game.
Special properties or not, Mbappe stands out as the best TOTS player and one of the most incredible cards in FUT.
