A level two card with a cost so low that it’s practically criminal not utilizing it mid-battle, especially with how viable the card’s ability is. It lets you not only boost your own allies and give them attack buffs but also nerfs your opponent’s chances of mounting a substantial counterattack if you reveal an Azula: Verge of Insanity card from your hand.
It’s fairly viable considering its cost with barely any tradeoffs to make even if you can’t use the ACT ability.
9Aang: Missing Companion (ATR) - $50
If you’re looking to mount an attack then this card may be a little tricky to navigate with and fulfill all the stipulations for but can potentially increase your stock. If you have a collection of World of Avatar cards on the field then this card gets a +1000 buff on top of the substantial power it already boasts.
It’s also fairly easy to play if you’re on level two, since it cuts itself down to level one to make it more viable with the CONT ability, even while it’s in your hand.
8Katara: Desire to Help (SP) - $83
This is one very powerful card if you have a deck that centers around characters from the World of Avatar set. Not only does it boast an impressive amount of power, but with other characters from the same set, it can actually devastate your opponent’s team with a massive power boost.
The second AUTO ability also lets you build up your stock if you wind up paying for the cost of revealing it. If you have four characters from the same set, you’re able to play it while you’re at level two as well.
7Toph: Metalbending (ATR) - $90
As cool asthe illustration itselfis, with the right cards this one can potentially help you increase your chances of winning by letting you not only charge up your stock but also choose whether you’d like to pull a card back from the waiting room to your hand, provided you play the right event card with it.

For a level three card, it has a good amount of power going behind it and thus can be very viable for an attack. Even on defense, every time it’s frontally attacked it lets you build up your counter-attack at the same time.
6Sokka: Warrior of the Southern Water Tribe (SP) - $90
A card that is surprisingly viable for the middle game with a power boost for every attack, this level one Sokka card can inflict some major damage and comes with its own special ability too. With a specific event card in play already, it lets you draw the top three cards of your deck and allows you to put either an event or character card from the same set into the waiting room.
It doesn’t stop there, however, that drawn card also gets a power boost of +500 till the end of the turn. It ain’t too shabby for a level one card with no cost.
5Aang: The Last Airbender (SP) - $97
Get rewarded for every attack you perform with this card, the ability gives one of your character cards a good power buff in exchange for you having a deck full of characters from the World of Avatar set.
Not only that, it even has an effect while it’s in the waiting room and your World of Avatar characters receive an attack. It gives you the option to choose whether you’d like to pay the cost or have it returned to your hand instead.
4Toph: The Blind Bandit (SP) - $105
This is a strong level one card that boasts a decent amount of power for its bracket and boasts an ability that can dramatically shift the tide of battle for your early game. The additional ability also lets you retrieve a couple of World of Avatar cards that you might need later from your deck to the waiting room.
Granted you need a specific event card to trigger the ability, but that action also gives you the option to choose whether you’d like to pay the cost or not, and the card even returns a character from your waiting room to your hand if you do.
3Zuko: Crossroads (SP) - $120
If you’re looking to level up faster and need a card with decent power then look no further, this one lets you put a card from your deck in the waiting room and gets a buff if that card from your hand belongs to the same set as it. The card’ssomewhat strong enoughto be considered broken if anything.

Also, if you don’t mind paying the cost, that’s when the second ability kicks in which lets you use another card to add to your clock and level up faster. It does come at a cost though, despite letting you put a couple extra cards in your waiting room you will have to pull a World of Avatar card out of it.
2Zuko: For Honor (SEC) - $540
This card’s great for the end game, since it lets you re-use a card you’ve committed to your clock and lets you put it into your waiting room. Not only that, but with the CXCOMBO ability it carries you may make sure it deals an attack to your opponent with this card even if it’s been blocked once during your turn.
It also carries a significant power boost ability that can come in real handy in a pinch, hence why it’s a desirable level three card.
1Aang: Master of All Elements (SEC) - $800
This card lets you put one of your cards from the clock into your waiting room and comes in really handy as it’s a level three card. It also lets you shuffle your opponent’s deck if you draw four cards from your deck that have more than three colors present.
It’s very powerful and can decide the outcome of a game if played at the right time. Not only that, you get a decent amount of power for a level three card to work with too. It’s also one ofthe rarest cardsin the set
