When creating a card game out of a long-running Manga series such asOne Piece, there are going to be plenty of fans that are willing to put their entire savings onto a piece of cardboard with their favorite pirate on it.

TheOne Piece Card Gamehas created excellent promo cards with even better art to be collected, displayed, and even played with. These cards are hard to find and are only distributed through some of the largest and most competitive events in the world, so getting your hands on these will require some serious skills or reassessing your financial status.

marco op02 treasure cup promo one piece card game

Updated June 29, 2025 by Jesus Morales:With the latest wave of regional prizing, the list has been shaken up quite a bit, and we decided it was time for an update. The market is ever-changing and the more events Bandai sanctions, the more opportunities there will be for players to acquire these cards. But that doesn’t mean they will be any easier to obtain.

10Marco - $252.70

Marco is a bit easier to obtain than the rest of the special foiled cards. He was given out to players who managed to qualify into the top 64 of all players during Bandai’s Treasure Cup events.

These events run concurrently during the regular regional season with the goal of drawing in players who want neat prizes without the stress and high stakes of a regional tournament. Bandai still regularly posts new Treasure Cup events, so if competitive events are not your jam, but still want to collect special cards, find the closest Treasure Cup to you!

borsalino championship 2023 prize one piece card game

9Borsalino - $263.53

If your goal when buying these cards is to actually play them, the one you must pick up is this Borsalino. This card is, hands down, the best blocker in the game. While theOP-04 Sabocan give Borsalino a run for his money, Sabo’s protection only lasts for the turn, while Borsalino’s is on every one of your opponent’s turns.

Black and gold as a color scheme for the admirals' foil looks incredible, but Boralino’s ray of light makes this card even more desirable.

tony tony chopper alternate art regional one piece card game

8Tony Tony.Chopper (Treasure Cup) - $398.86

If you are a big collector or someone who loves to “bling out” their deck, and you are not that bad at the game, then a trip to your nearest Treasure Cup event will yield the best kind of promo cards for your binder.

Placing in the top 64 at one of these events will get you a max rarity version of the Straw Hat doctor, Tony Tony Chopper. The bad part about this card is that, unlike most of the Treasure Cup promos, Chopper is quite useful in Red decks, meaning you’ll have to spend four times that amount for a playset of the little reindeer.

usopp 3-on-3 cup winner one piece card game

7Usopp (3-on-3) [Winner] - $433.16

Bandai loves printing alternate arts for cards that hardly see any play. Unlike most of the cards on this list, this Usopp card is never seen in any competitive decks, but fans of the bravest warrior of the sea can surely appreciate this beautiful card.

This card’s price skyrocketed since it was only available by winning a short lived 3-on-3 official tournament. Until Bandai makes more of these team tournaments, this card will stay high like the Straw Hats Jolly Roger.

kuzan championship 2023 prize one piece card game

6Kuzan (Championship 2023) - $457.76

All three Admiral were printing for top prizes for the 2023 run of Championship events in the One Piece Card Game. They are extremely playable, so max rarity Navy players will want to get their hands on these.

Kuzan specifically draws you a card as soon as it’s played, and can reduce characters’ cost when attacking, synergizing perfectly with other black cards with K.O. effects, like Meteor Volcano or even the magma wielding admiral Sakazuki.

super pre release monkey d luffy card one piece card game

5Monkey.D.Luffy (Super Pre-Release Winner) - $979.54

Before the game was released, local game stores were given the opportunity to host small events dubbed “Super Pre-Release.” They were shipped Pre-Release stamped starter decks for the community to stop by, learn the game, and have a chance to win some coveted promo cards in a small tournament.

The winner of the tournament received a copy of Monkey D. Luffy with a massive winner stamp. Only select stores were chosen for these events and since the game has been released since then, there are no more chances of obtaining this card besides shelling out the money for it.

sakazuki championship prize one piece card game

4Sakazuki (Championship 2023) - $1,295.95

Possibly one of the most hated characters in the series, Sakazuki looks absolutely menacing in this Championship promo card. These Admiral cards were only available during the July-August 2023 wave of regional championships and this Sakazuki was only awarded to players that landed in the top sixteen of all players.

This is one of the hardest cards to obtain at the moment since they are stamped for 2023, it is highly unlikely that it will be reprinted in any other packs or handed out at future events.

zoro starter deck alternate art regional one piece card game

3Roronoa Zoro (Treasure Cup) - $1,575

Alongside the Serial Number Luffy, placing in Top Eight of players at a Treasure Cup event will earn you an alternate art version of the Zoro included in the Straw Hat Crew Starter Deck.

Even though this card is paired with the Serial Luffy, this card has only sold for only a fraction of his Captain’s price. It has seen more listings floating around the $2,000 mark, but there are yet to be any sales at this price. A $2,000 value makes more sense for one of the wings of the future King of the Pirates.

roronoa zoro treasure cup card one piece card game

2Roronoa Zoro (Treasure Cup) - $2,995

The first Treasure Cup event reprinted the starter deck Zoro, and while that card is a decision point for a lot of Trafalgar Law players, this version of Zorowith the rush keyword is far more versatile, and in turn, far more valuable.

This card might be worth a lot, but it cements you as one of the better One Piece Card Game players in your region. This is the first time Bandai started printing a unique foiling on prize cards, making winning a Treasure Cup even more of a flex with that beautiful purple and gold foil.

monkey d luffy serial number card one piece card game

1Monkey.D.Luffy (Serial Number) - $4,712.41

There is a reason why many One Piece Card Game players have been caught cheating in online events, and it’s the chance of winning one of these. This Luffy card is awarded to those who place in Top Eight in the bigger Treasure Cup regional events.

Not only is this card the max rarity version of this Leader card, but it is confirmed that every year of One Piece Card Game Championships will have a new serial number card. This card can be sold for upwards of $5,000, making it a collector’s dream, and can earn you the respect of your fellow players if you accomplished the feat of topping a major tournament.
