The Helltide is an endgame event inDiablo 4where a certain region of the map becomes infested with special mobs for an hour. During the event, several chests spawn that drop a variety of legendaries, scaling with your World Tier. It’s one of the best ways to get strong gear in the endgame.

Tortured Gifts of Mysteries are special chests that spawn in certain locations and don’t appear on the world map. Multiple chests can spawn, and they refresh during the event.Chests refresh at the hour mark.So this does depend on when the event starts. Keep an eye on the clock to see if the chests will refresh during th event. Here’s a list of the chest locations in each region of the map.
Fractured Peaks Tortured Gift Of Mysteries Locations

Not all of these chests will be spawned in at the same time - usually only one or two chests will spawn at a time, and to get all the rewards, you need an hourly refresh during the event.
