Acquiring Daydream Episodes
So, whatareDaydream Episodes? Well, Falcom didn’t choose the title for Trails into Reverie on a whim. After all,you spend a great deal of time in the game’s Reverie Corridor. There’s so much going on here that we’ve got a full guideproviding an overviewof what to expect from the place.
While you’re at the Reverie Corridor’s central hub area, you have the opportunity to engage in plenty of activities, from dungeon-crawling via Stratums to participating in numerous mini-games. Arguably the best thing about the place, however, is thatthe Reverie Corridor is where Daydream Episodes are accessed.
You unlock more Daydream Episodes by finding Blue Stones within the Stratums, the randomized floor-based dungeons accessible at the Reverie Corridor. As you find Blue Stones, the Slab of Reminiscencein the hub area will offer additional Daydream Episodes.

These side quests tend to providecash and additional Character Notes pagesas a rule, but if your time is limited (how you managed to reach the tenth game in the Trails series with limited time is beyond us, but congrats!), you may want to know the best of the bunch. Here are our favorites.
A Day in the Lives of the SSS
It’s just a good time. The boss fight against Mecha Mishy is hilarious, and the general low-key vibe is appreciated.
The fight is pretty fantastic and reasonably challenging to boot.
Project Orbal Gear Four
The longest Daydream Episode by far, Project Orbal Gear Four is, in fact, split into two parts. It gives us some incredible stuff for longtime character Tita, and it’s just a terrific treat for Trails in the Sky fans.
To Your Blessed Future
Another total treat for Trails in the Sky fans, this time focusing on Olivier and Scherazard!
Justice a Deux
The chemistry between these two is hilarious, and as any full-time writer can attest, their shared love of coffee is deeply appreciated.
You may have noticed a theme among most of these -characterization. Ultimately, that’s the best thing aboutallof these, is it’s more of the character interplay we love so much out of Trails. Truly, you should give them all a try.
