Unique monsters remain a crucial part ofXenoblade Chronicles 3: Future Redeemed. Not only can you fill out your Collectopaedia and farm items, but the unique monsters offer tons of experience, allowing you to level up. With plenty of monsters around, it can be challenging to find all of them if you don’t know where to look.

Instead of hoping you find them all, if you need help finding a few more, you can check out a guide. You can make it easier to locate all the unique monsters, determine how you plan to reach them, and allow you to defeat each of them while collecting the rewards.
A few unique monsters require you to go thereduring a specific time of day or weather effect.
Finish the game first to switch between these at will, so you can try different times and weather if you can’t find the monster.

Fogstalker Naiara
It’s in the starting area of the game, but youwon’t have access to it until laterin the story.
Return to theRhogett Causeway Landmarkand travel west to find it.
Bombastic Rotbart Jr.
Go to the Rhogett Causeway Landmark.Travel east, then continue northuntil you enter the cave along the wall.
You went too far if you reach theSpringside Camp Rest Spot.
Advent Wolf Marduk
Begin at theAtattra’s Rampart Landmark. Go south, and you’ll find a platform to the west.
Climb it, and you’ll encounter theunique monster among other wolves. This enemy is among the Enemy Territory in the area.
If you plan to defeat this unique monster, you’ll need todeal with the enemy aggroaround you.
Prohibitor Giuseppe
Start with the previous unique monster.Go west and slightly northto encounter a cave. Go through the cave to come across the monster.
Peacebringer Divalo and Stronghammer Dorga
Youwon’t encounter these until late into the DLC, so don’t bother going after them until you finish the main story.
Go to theBattlefield Camp Rest Spot and travel north, between the Colony Gamma and Colony 5 Wreckage.

Cavalier MacBright
Start at the Elevator Landing Camp Rest Spot.Travel west and enter the caveat the bottom of the decline.
Travel east through the cave until you enter a room. You’ll find astaircase to the east in that room, so go down it to find the monster.
Watchful Valencia
Go to the Elevator, Upper Landing Landmark.Travel west and enter the valley.
Continue north and reach the monsterbefore the Ragrinar Passage.
Smothering Andante
Begin at the Pioneer’s Point Landmark. Climb down it andgo north from the west side. Continue west to find the monster.
Radicalized Godwin
Return to the Pioneer’s Point Landmark. Go to the east side of the tree andhop to the platform below.
Drop into a holeleading to the ruins, and you’ll encounter it.
Treehugger Gerald
Start at the Echoes of Gran Dell Citadel Landmark. Travel east, and you’ll find itnear a tree and some cliffs.
Hilltop Chegwin
Go to the Elevator, Upper Landing Landmark.Travel west, then north, but don’t enter the valley.
Continue to thelake and waterfall to the northwest. On the north side, you’ll encounter it.
Fograptor D’nari
You’ll automatically run into this unique monster as you go through theEther Lift Research quest, which is required to complete the story.
As a quick recap,start at the Declessa Altar Landmark. Travel west across the bridge, then use the vines to the south.
Continue east, and go across the bridge, butwatch out for the holeto the south.
Continue east, and thengo north to reach a new area. You’ll find the monster directly ahead.
Fogtrawler Tallstuff
Begin at the Ferronis Crater Landmark.Travel south and slightly eastto eventually encounter it.
Troglodyte Umir
Start at the Planada Siq.Go south and follow the cliffto the east until you may climb it.
Continue to thesouthwest portion of the areaand enter the cave to find it.
Cryoconite Laurel
Begin at the Outlook Park Landmark.Hop into the pit to the westto land in some water.
Swim west through a room, and in the final room,go to the centerto find the monster.
Tenebrous Muramasa
Return to the Outlook Park Landmark.Hop off the east edgeinto the water.
Swim to the Ruined Anti-Air Battery 3 to the east, thengo north to climb it.
Once on the battery, travel south, and you’ll find itin the middle sectionbefore the Rotbatunga Secret Area.
Go to theGotrock Oracle Ruinsand travel east.
Smackdown Brannigan
Start at the Colony 9, Main Entrance Landmark.Drop to the area below and head north, where you’ll encounter the monster in the water.

Perambulator Moritz
Begin at the Ulcar Monument Landmark.Travel north, past the Lumos Pillar Remnants ruinsto the east.
Then, go east to find it, though youwent too far if you reach the Lumos Garrison.
Many-Lived Derrick
Begin at the Oracle Spire Landmark.Travel north across the bridgeand use the north staircase.
Use another staircase, follow the path, and climb the ladder. You’ll encounteran egg with the monster in itat the top.
Naberius Invictus
Go to theFallen Gate of Ulcaria Landmark.
Travel north, and you’ll encounter the unique monsterwalking along the hillleading to the Raguel Bridge Camp Rest Spot.
Surrogate Fitzpatrick
Start at the Raguel Bridge Camp Rest Spot. Travelnorthwest across the bridge, and you’ll find it halfway across.
Thunderfish Duna-Roa
Go to the Lakeside Camp Rest Spot.Travel north to Raguel Lakeand go to the large island in the middle.
You’ll find the unique monsteron the east side.
Sworn Protector Hector
Start at the previous unique monster. Travelnorthwest to the Waterlogged Daksha Shrine. The monster will be in the middle of the shrine.
Hallowcanter Hazerune
Begin at the Canyon of No Return Landmark in the Ragmos Desolation.Go west and use the Ether Slide.
Travel north, butstay on the east side of the mountainto encounter the monster in the lower area.
Dragon God Alcar
Start at the Raxeal Lavaflow.Travel west, then southto find the sleeping dragon.
Fogdweller Abaasy
Finish the gameto get this one to appear. Go to the Valak Peak Camp Rest Spot and travel south.
Sensational Gigapur
Go to the Gravina Bridge Landmark.Travel west across the bridge, and it’ll be flying on the north portion of it.
If you can’t get the Sensational Gigapur to come close enough,use the Lure buttonto get it to attack you.
Foghewn Augustus
Travel to the Prison Island Camp Rest Spot. Use thewest Ether Slide, then travel southwest and use the Ether Lift.
Make your way down the Basverg Belfry, thencross the bridge to the eastto reach the monster.
