How To Complete The Blood And Sweat Quest

To start the Blood and Sweat side quest, you’ll first need toclear the Ruins of Qara-Yisu Stronghold. This Stronghold, found in theQara-Yisu regionof theDry Steppes, tasks you withdestroying Infernal Spiresfound throughout the area. After destroying the Spires, you’re able to challenge the boss, Utulku, to ultimately clear the Stronghold.

With that out of the way, you’re able to now find the Blood and Sweat side quest in the area by interacting with theBloodstained Letter. This letter mentions that the writer has kept Little Tuya safe nearby, prompting you to search for it.

To find the doll, you’ll need to turn over every stone within the search area. If you want to get this quest done as quickly as possible, head to the bit ofruins near the center of the search area, just below a point where you can slide to the level below. Here, interact with theDisturbed Stoneto find theCrude Doll. The exact location is detailed in the image above.

Now that you have Little Tuya, you’ll need toreturn it to its ownerto complete the quest. The doll’s owner, Tuya, can be found in the town ofAlzuudain the Dry Steppes. This town is located near theFields of HatredPvP area.

After you make it to Alzuuda, simplytalk to Tuya to complete the quest. Like other side quests, you’ll earn a bit of experience and gold, and a Salvage Cache that contains a few materials.
